Yeah. Steiner put Petey through a bunch of tests so that he could harden up and team with "The Genetic Freak". The last test was for him to shave his head. Petey got his head shaved, was awarded with the steel thing and now they are teammates.

IMO, I like the gimmick. It works because they both look identical accept for Scott's muscle that is turning to flab. Very nasty.

TNA got bored with using imitation gimmicks of WWE/WCW guys outside their promotion so they moved on to WWE/WCW guys inside their promotion instead. Expect to see "Little Stinger" played by Christopher Daniels in the near future... oh wait that already happened.
