Probbly because its a attire colour change and a differnt head.
Try new things wit your figures, instead of doing simple recolour and a head change, try making your own attires.
Jericho- recolour is alright, the hair looks cartoony, and he needs a neck.
Moore- I aactaully like the re-colour, looks quite good. it looks like you drew the hair, and the head pointed at the bottom, and is too low.
RVD- The Colour change is good again, but once again the head isnt that good, he looks bald, and has grey hair. its a bad cut too.
You are good at recolours, but need to work on heads. Try some head practice and some attires done by you, not recolours, try somthing new.

I disagree Gazza a recolour and a head change is the best practice to do for new people rather than trying to overstep your ability by doing completely new attires or something, unfortunately no-one really cares. There should be a non manditory beginners thread for things like this just so people are more likely to get replies on these type of figures.
Anyway the one thing I can really say about these figs is the heads are stretched/squashed, when resizing hold shift and only drag the corners.

Yeah but if he dosnt try new things he isnt going to be able to do alot of things for Domo' for example. It dosnt have to be complicated, it could just be adding a new design to an attire for jericho, by either using the real pictures or desining your self. It dosnt have to be too complicated, but its better than doing recolour after recolour.
I'm not bashing Spencer for doing recolours, but I was just saying to try a few new stuff, nothing too complicated but somthing that is differnt than just a recolour, so he can get more ideas to adapt on.

when resizing hold shift and only drag the corners. I did, i click the square tool, hold ctrl T and move corners while holding shift. And Gazza i would do my own attires if i knew how to.
