It states in the RAW preview that Kennedy is looking for revenge for someone making him lose at WM, and "injuring"  him since then. (*Cough* CM Punk *Cough* And if you didnt see Wrestlemania, they practically built a feud out of it) For some reason, and somehow.... Kennedys gonna wind up with that Money in the Bank again. Thats what I was thinking the whole time when CM Punk won it. |

If it happens.........................................GOOD!
Punk is not ready, Kennedy is primed for a major World title push, he has the gob, he has the skill and has held the US, IC, and has already won one MITB before.
Punk needs to rack a couple of IC/US title reigns before being pushed to the moon, plus i want to see him actually seem half-decent on the mic before being considered, he seems very robotic on the mic from what i've seen so far.

I'd be fine with it too and he got kind of screwed out of his last MITB win. However, if they were going to have Kennedy wind up with it why not just have him win it at WM24?

I think WWE seemed to be jacked up on delivering shock results.
Cena winning the Rumble, Punk winning MITB, Orton winning the Triple Threat, i think they just wanted everyone to go "OOOOOHH YEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHH F*CK THE HATERS, THIS NIGHT BELONGS TO US" or some **** by having Punk win it. I do think Jeff would have won at Mania looking back at the way everyone else was pushed in the build-up to that match - they weren't much build up apart from Y2J & MVP once Jeff got busted.

Fair enough but he's has shots at it tho and is ready to step up to the next level.
Simply put, CM Punk is not WWE or World title material yet.

But if you think about it, why would you put the MITB on a guy who'd be away for the next month..... CM Punk was probably just a placeholder till Kennedy got done shooting the movie.  I really see Kennedy tricking his way into getting the Briefcase just like Edge tricked Kennedy..... |

Khali: Well, eh...... everybody agrees bad idea alltogether
JBL: Are you kidding me, the man deserved that belt.... Multiple time Tag team among other Titles over the past 10+years
At least some of them have redeeming qualities, I mean on RAW, Cm Punk wasnt getting popped at the places he should of.... He may be a star On ECW, and an ECW Champion(whatever that means)...... but outside of ECW, he's more or less an outsider. He really does have not much going for him outside ECW for the moment.

In my opinion, that SHOULD happen at RAW on monday, Ken Kennedy return and against to Punk for the Breifcase, and win. Because Ken Kennedy IS ready for MAJOR title shot, But Punk ain't 100% ready yet.

Since they haven't said who he will get his revenge on, I kind of expect it to not be Punk. But you never know I guess. I'd say Kennedy will indeed get a push when his Direct to DVD movie comes out to promote it. And I completely expect Punk's trend to continue. I think he will keep the MITB briefcase. He may feud with Kennedy. And he may come out on the losing end of the feud. But I don't see him putting the MITB on the line.
