As soon as I saw this thread, I was gonna say Austin/Rock/HHH. It's my ultimate dream match.
It was supposed to happen at Survivor Series 1999 but Austin got ran down and was replaced by Big Show.

If Cripple H, Cripple Austin and Sellout Rock are main eventing Wrestlemania, I will forever boycott every wrestlmania for the rest of my life. That would be the all time worst match. Why not just have Ric Flair vs Tully Blanchard in a Bra and g-string match

I don't think Rock AND Austin are going to come back to put over Hunter. There's no other way for that much to end. Neither one is going to want to go into any long term program. So if Hunter loses, he'll want a rematch.
PLUS, neither Rock nor Austin need to put over Hunter. But more than that, I doubt either will want to. Why have one last match and put over HHH?
So I doubt it will ever happen.
And I don't really care to see Austin in another match. Him coming in every few months and giving some mid-card guy a Stunner is enough.

Rock vs. Stone Cold vs. Mankind headlining Wrestlemania XV. Foley wrote in his book about that being a strong possibility but Vince decided to scrap it.
Punk vs. Benoit. So many things acted a dick in the butt with this.
A. One of (if not, my all time) favorite wrestlers dies.
B. He ends up being crazy.
C. He ends up killing his wife and little boy.
D. He does all this right before one of the most anticipated matches in forever.

Brock/Goldberg:
That match never happened to me. That bull crap of a match at Wrestlemania 20 had so much potential and they blew it, both of them. I love Brock to death, but leaving WWE to go play for the NFL was the most intellectually- disabled decision that he ever made. He could have become a huge legend by now if he was still there, but a 250K/year contract (correction: possible contract) over a potential $5 Million/year (with t shirt and PPV pay) was very stupid IMO

I dont believe Lesnar could carry Goldberg to a good match. Hell there is only a select few.

Its not at all...Anyone with a little bit of common sense would realize that if Austin Rock and HHH main event Wrestlemania 25 it would be one of the worse matches in WM history. Austin can take a fall anymore, Rock hasnt been in a ring for what 5 years? and if triple H stands up to quick he'll blow his quads out. It will draw money and hype on name alone. It would be as impressive as Hogan vs Flair 3-4 years ago and nobody wanted to see that either

Austin would be the worst from the three and Rock, well Rock is the mystery one because I think he still has it but he hasn't wrestled in 4+ years.

Bret "The Hitman" Hart vs Hulk Hogan - Summerslam 1993
Because of Hogan's ego we got Luger vs Yokozuna yippee! This was WWF's chance to have Bret become a huge star (he is a legend, but beating Hulk would have done wonders for him in 93) Bret was on the rise to becoming the man, but Hogan the selfish Chocolate Shark wasn't having it.

I still often think of that Benoit/Punk feud and how awesome that could've been. What if they had a best of 7 Series and the winner would've been ECW champion? How great would that have been? Man, I wish things had worked out differently. For everyone...
Bret Hart vs Hogan as stated should have happened. That would've been huge at that stage in the game. I have a feeling people might have actually booed the Hulkster.
Luger vs Yokozuna at Summerslam to me 'never was'. It was one of the most overly hyped matches of all time and it ended with a bs finish with Yoko getting counted out. Luger never won the belt like he should have that night, and they all celebrated the victory like he was the greatest thing on earth. Worst ever.
Hogan vs Flair at WM VIII. Now I love Sid and I love Savage but there is no reason why Hogan and Flair shouldn't have had a match that year! Sure Savage and Flair had a great contest and Sid would... eventually... do great things but Hogan vs Flair would have been epic. Of course they battled in 94' in WCW and they battled many times after but it just wasn't the same.

I would love to see the WWWF version of George Steele against Sabu. You need to youtube Steele against Pedro Morales or Gorilla Monsoon to see the Steele that I'm talking about....not the MINE guy.
Great Khali vs. El Gigante...OH THE DISASTER!!!
Bob Backlund vs. Randy Orton
Backlund vs. Bret Hart ('80s backlund)
Owen Hart vs. Kendrick
