From WrestleZone:
The Hollywood Reporter (THR.com) is reporting that Hulk Hogan's new celebrity wrestling show has been picked up and will debut on cable channel CMT this fall.
"Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling" will feature celebrities competing for the title of Celebrity All-Star Wrestling Champion.
According to Prowrestling.net, Trishelle Cannatella of MTV "Real World" fame has signed as the first celebrity contestant. Contestants who appear on the CMT show will be paid $40,000 for roughly one month of filming.
Hulk Hogan and producer Eric Bischoff will serve as two of the three judges.

Next they'll sign Chyna, Brigitte Nielsen, and Vanilla Ice.

One because it would have to be fixed or the matches will look like shoit.

Only reason this will gain any attention is because the name Hogan is plastered on it.

if they only had genuine celebrities would this show work and last maybe 2 seasons - seem they're getting C/D list celebs who are now washed up - they're the only 1's who'll humiliate themselves (happens here in the UK all the time)

I can see David Arquette and Kevin Federline being two of the celebrities since they have some experience in wrestling lol.

If this lasts longer than Wrestling Society X did, I will be somewhat disappointed/irritated, seeing this show sounds like crap. Hogan's got to be involved with everything for Christ sakes.

On topic, This is going to be a dumb promotion. Bischoff should ditch Hogan and team with Heyman and they could create a promotion that would force WWE to have better storylines again.

Its a reality tv show,I can see bischoff jumping off. He wouldnt want to be attached to a show that could ruin his rep in the ent business, as much as he likes Terry

Thanks for reiterating what I said. The reason I said it in the first place was, it's gonna fail, but because Hogan's name is plastered to it, it'll get semi decent ratings like the first 2 episodes.

This is right up his alley.
