First of all, what do I need to do this?
Also, when you connect them, can you like, put a wrestling song that you downloaded for free, and put it on your phone to use as a ring tone?

It depends of your mobile phone. I had a Nokia NGage months ago ; with a simple USB cable, the phone was connected. Then, I could upload any files on it. Perfect But others phone, you do have to know about the connectivity. Check the manual.

So, can you transfer music from your computer to your phone and use that music as ring tones.

So, can you transfer music from your computer to your phone and use that music as ring tones. with the Ngage 1, yes. You can have MP3 as ringtones I made that. but not with all other mobiles... The phone has to read mp3 ; and i'm not even sure you can choose mp3s as ringtones. I don't know.
