I think its alright Gazza,
The only things that look bad are the legs look to chunky, and the head looks displaced on the neck, im not sure if thats what the protos like but i dunno.

something about the mouth looks odd to me, it kinda looks like the angle and placement on the face is wrong and needs to be altered. It seems like its down too low and there isn't enough space between the bottom of the chin and where the bottom of the mouth is. Try to widen the mouth just a tad and it might be better (it's kinda a hit or miss thing, when i do head mods i do a lot of trial and error...sometimes things work out and sometimes they dont)
The recolor is great, just keep practicing and if you need anymore pointers feel free to drop me a message.

i like the attire but disagree with the head its to far as in to far streched for screaming it looks a bit uneven but every thing else is fine.
