One thing I would love to see is a better Franchise, Draft Picks are horrible, importing classes is a pain in the ass. I would love to see more accuracy on the stadium names, and commentating.

If APF's franchise wasn't so god awfully shallow, I could have really enjoyed that game. Yeah it doesn't even deserve to be called a franchise. It isn't. They call it "season". Doesn't get past it being so unbelievably pointless and boring though. Madden needs to fix the o-line blocking and I'm going to wait until a week or so after it comes out to see if they have half decent progression in franchise. And after playing NCAA recently I'd like to see them put more effort on special teams. Like I dunno, in franchise instead of just getting as many good players as you can for depth you try and get players who in defensive situations might not be the greatest but will help you on special teams, like gunners and what not. Actually make it a bit of a challenge to build a good, balanced roster. And this way you might be able to return a punt for a touchdown. |

I think I've returned on PR for a TD on NCAA or Madden 09, I was pretty ecstatic. Apparently they are slowing down the gameplay a bit, in hopes to make the running game a lot less hit or miss. So you should actually have time to find the whole this time around.

I have gotten quite a few Kick Returns for TD's (somewhere around 60) in my Madden '05-'09 life...but I think I only have 4 Punt returns total in all those games. Blah.  |

My biggest concern is that they fix the blocking, especially on Punt returns. I get absolutely no help from my blockers on PR's and have to juke around the first two defenders.
I would also like to see a few tackling animations thrown out. Like when you try to break out of a tackle with a stiff arm and suddenly you just drop to the ground, or the one where the ball carrier sort of gets spun around and when he falls, the arm that was holding the ball goes reaching out. I don't think a fumble has ever occurred from that animation, but I always get the feeling that it could.
Another thing, fix the AI of your teammates in Superstar mode. I created myself as a WR and for the whole season, I had to do all the hard work. I ended with 98 receptions, over 1,300 yards, and 20 TDs. Make it so your teammates are at least somewhat competent. Tom Brady should not be throwing 5 INTs in one half, and I assure you that Le'Ron McClain can gather more than 13 yards after 20-or-so carries. It's ridiculous.

I murder KoD daily, today, he used my team, the Saints, I used his team, the Steelers. He took a early 14-7 run, and next possession, he couldn't score, and I did, I went for 2 and got it, his next possession he scored, went for 2 and got it. I couldn't convert on 4th down. next possession I got a Pick 6 with Polumalu, then he gets ball, ANOTHER INT to Troy. I win.
