It's not that I don't think WO is credible it just sounds like the article is completely made up, especially this bit: "Several other names were also removed from the game at McMahon's request, but those names have yet to be released". I find it hard to believe that wrestlers were personally removed from the game just because Vince doesn't like them and the fact that no one was specifically mentioned contributes to that. Besides, Jakks already knows who WWE doesn't allow and it's just Savage. Owen's impossible and Warrior's a douche about appearing in WWE game so the thought of Yukes removing characters because of old grudges is ridiculous.

Thats probably the 3rd or 4th time I've seen that "report" about Savage and Foley on this board. Its not news that Savage isn't going to be in the game...we already knew he wasn't going to be in there. Anyone on a message board could have came up with that "report". And honestly I could care less if Foley is in the game or not. One because I've never played as him, two I dont think of him when I think of "WrestleMania" anyway. That "report" was in the Observer newsletter this week. Oh I guess I should have just believed it then since its "news". I dont believe a thing that is posted or written on any wrestling news site. But thats just me. |

Not meaning this in a evil sort of way but if Owen's wife passed away, would it be someone like Bret who got to decide whether or not he can be in the HOF/games or his kids?

Ohhh man, ive been itching for this game since the rumors started. Ive just ordered fire pro, so i will at least have something fun to play in the mean time.
Sorry if this question has been asked, but i cant be bothered to look through 15 pages for a question and answer.
Any rumors on the type of engine that may be used on Legends?

That is the rumor anyways.. nothing has ever been confirmed to be set in stone. lol Either way, I don't care. I for one never thought we would see Hulk Hogan back with the WWF/E, and it happened... maybe someday when Vince pulls his head out of his butt, we will see Savage get some sort of honor.

I have a feeling this game is going to be full of mid-card talent. Guys like Volkoff, Valentine, Earthquake and you get the picture. Yeah I dont know if I'll get this, besides Hulk Hogan & Warrior there arent many that I like from that era. I would like this if it had wCw wrestlers. |

Savage and Mick Foley have been removed. Confirmed by Powerslam. That's been known for a while. I'm guessing Savage's name was thrown out there and Vince axed it when suggested. They said any wrestler who has a figure out has a probability of getting in. I wasn't expecting Savage anyway. I agree with Great White Shark about the mid-carders being in the game. Hopefully Razor makes it in. |

I'm pretty sure I read that there was a story mode, and since all four of those wrestlers have Legends contracts(well the likeness of Rude and Perfect, rather themselves), I see them being in. |
