Yes the box art is very nice, but it's not telling us anything we don't already know.
Anyway i'd say these guys are defintes for the game.....

Im looking forward to this game, the box art looks very nice although i think that Taker would have been deserving of a spot on the cover.

I guess we will just have to wait and see. Bam Bam and Eddie may not be confirmed but I'd say that both have a decent shot of being included. |

Anyone think Warrior has a somewhat small chance of being in the game? He seems to have calmed down recently, I mean he actually wrestled in Italy/Spain, where ever it was. We saw Bret Hart and Vince McMahon come to an agreement, that was surprising enough.

Does anybody else think the whole "connectivity" with Smackdown 09 is going to be a much more limited thing than we're expecting? Like, obviously we can transfer superstars over; but maybe it'll just be five at a time or something. I.E: You can only have five stored on your HD ready for use in LOW. - I'm probably way off mark, but I was just having a think.

Being able to transfer some superstars over from SD vs Raw is a great idea and it will certainly keep people happy when some of their current favorites aren't in the game...which would defeat the purpose of this new game anyway. So I guess when LOW comes out I'm going to have to rent SD vs Raw to pick up a few guys. Just thinking about that is awesome. High five to whoever came up with that simple concept. |

THQ creative manager has stated that they can't do what they want on the last gen systems. Wii doesn't have the hardware to compete with PS3/360. The Wii is not truely next gen. It just has gimmicky controls. |

I didn't say I was in a bad economic state I said some people are, I meant im not going to buy a system for one game as the only games I really play are wrestling and other sports games. My 360 is still working fine and I play it almost every day. I use to be just like you - I only played wrestling and sports game. Until I got my 360 now I'm playing games I would've never played (Halo etc). I don't get the economic excuse - you can't afford a 200 game system but you can afford to drive to GameStop and spend 60+ on a game - doesn't add up imo. |

I have the wii, which I got as a birthday present from my mom, and I do play some non-sports games on there though. I only have like 3 game(wii sport, Wii Play, and battle of the bands) but I know for christmas from my mom she got me 6 wii games. My mom goes all out for christmas for me and my 2 sisters both older then me, I currently am unemployed and living at home and going to college but stilll trying to find something work wise. I rarely buy games normally unless I do a trade in with other games or if I find a cheapy
