Corporate Ministry was way better.
nWo just got confusing and blah, Ministry had top guys in it like HHH, Undertaker, Bossman, McMahon, Chyna, as well as a bunch of mid-card stars. Great stable.

HOWEVER any of the other incarnations of the nWo suck in comparison to the ministry
