Nikki Roxx to Defend WSU Championship at JAPW
WSU & JAPW have come to a working agreement where the WSU Championship will be defended on future JAPW events. As a result, WSU Champion Nikki Roxx has put out an open challenge to any womens wrestler on anyone's roster for JAPW's event on 5/31! While Nikki will become the first WSU Champion to ever defend the championship in JAPW, Nikki better remember that Amy Lee & Mercedes Martinez have guaranteed title shots at WSU's 6/21 show.
Nikki Roxx is looking to become the longest reigning champion in WSU history and is looking to make the most title defenses as champion. Nikki plans on taking a more aggressive schedule, if she can get past whoever rises to the challenge on 5/31 and past Lee & Martinez on 6/21.
To see who answers Roxx's challenge at JAPW on 5/31, you can visit JAPW website. Here is the show information from their website: Rahway Rec Center 275 East Milton Ave Rahway, NJ Belltime: 7:30
The JAPW show also includes Booker T in his first indy match in NJ. LAX, Jay Lethal, Teddy Hart & others are also on the event.
For fans wondering about the DVD release, this match will be released on JAPW's 5/31 DVD as well on one of the 6/21 WSU DVDs, as a bonus match.

From DOI: "The only clues we have found out from WSU about the WSU title match at JAPW this Saturday, is that the person answering Nikki Roxx's challenge for a WSU Championship match, is someone who has never wrestled for the WSU championship before. We have also been told that this person is someone who has wrestled in one of the Big 3.
Saturday marks the first time the WSU Championship has ever been defended at JAPW."
