I order Judgement Day at 10 this morning, and at 12:45 it comes up saying change channel at start ect.
So i put it on and i got the ricky hatton advert THEN IT FROZE!!! and now whenever i try and go to the correct channel, its SAYING NOT AVALIBLE (The Channel)
Im fed up with Virgin now

its the same thing happened when I tried ordering wrestlemania, was your service NTL before? If it was then you're more likely to have this problem - not 2 worry - just call them tomorrow and ask them for a full refund

It came back after the Cena Match, but i have not had a single match without a problem yet.
Loss of sound, picture freezing ect ect

yh i have sky but the whole show was fine up until the main event. all the picture did was freeze and stuff but it was because of adverse weather conditions.

Argh... happend to me aswell. But I was stayin up to watch it. It just wouldent show it. Kept coming up Judgement Day is now showing to view it now press 'OK' kept trying it for an hour and dident work. Virgin Media is sh*t!

I would go to sky but my dad doesnt want to.
I phoned Virgin today and they said i could either have the next one free, or full refund. So i picked the refund.

Im with SKY and i couldnt watch any of the Main Event so i rang SKY to complain this morning and was put forward to a call station in Pakistan.
I complained and he just said from what i could understand is its not our fault.
So i didnt get a refund.
Which im still pissed of about.
