This is our 1 year anniversary show and the biggest show to hit the area since the original Unleashed that eminated from Hallmark Sports Club II June 1 2007 in Merrillville Indiana which featured The Metal Master, ROH's Jimmy Jacobs, Adam Evans,the debuts of "The Indy Wrestling Superstar" Erico and "The Natural" Colin Troy, TNA Star Alex Shelly and The main event match-up of the current PPW Champion Josh Abercrombie vs TNA Superstar Chris Sabin for the X-Division Championship.
Over the last year Platinum Pro has been priviledged to bring you fans Former ECW,NWA,AWA World Heavyweight Champion "The King of Old School" Steve Corino who defeated Erico Dec 14th 2007 @ Nothing 2 Lose in Michigan City, Indiana to become the first PPW Heavyweight Champion. Nothing 2 Lose also featured current AWA World Light-Heavyweight Champion Kirby Mack teaming up with his brother TJ to form Team Macktion. PPW has also brought you Former WWE Superstar Zach Gowen March 1st @ Live The Dream where Josh Abercrombie defeated Evan Gelistico,Colin Troy and "Shady" Chris Xion in a tournament to win the vacant PPW Title that was vacated by Steve Corino who retired as Champion.
This years Unleashed 2 is shaping up to be no different as some of wrestling's best and brightest stars will be appearing at our anniversary showcase event.
