Hey, just finished watching 6th Anniversary earlier this week. This was my first time watching a Go match after hearing all the buzz he was making in ROH. I must say I was pretty underwhelmed... Aries rarely turns out a match that I wish would end sooner rather than later. The audience was going apecrapover certain moves surely because Go is a puro name. I bet anyone from the states doing what Go did would've recieved the "Boring" chant. Based off this match I'd rather watch Morishima over this guy, tbh...

Go is really good IMO, and not just because he is from Japan. I saw his match against Danielson from Tokyo, and then again saw him in Orlando live in a 6 man main event, and was impressed and enjoyed his matches.

I think pretty much any Japanese wrestler is overrated by ROH fans just because they're Japanese, especially Morishima.

He is suppose to be the next Kobashi so hype comes with that expectation.

He is suppose to be the next Kobashi so hype comes with that expectation. As awesome and great Go is, there will never, ever be another Kobashi. He has his place cemented in history. Back on topic, Go is one of my favorite wrestlers today.

I personally thought Go's match with Aries was really good.

Watch his match in Tokyo with Am Drag you might change your mind. I was at the 6th Anniversary myself and thought he really has good talent, imo.I mean he did sign an official ROH deal so maybe in the future we'll see all the hype he came down here with in a match.

Yeah maybe I just need to watch some more of his work. He just doesn't seem to differentiate himself enough from any other puro guy... anybody can be really stiff.

Yeah I have been watching Go ever since he first started in NOAH and he has always been a standard guy to me.

I've enjoyed him so far. From what i've seen of him in ROH and NOAH, he tends to play a good underdog. Even if he doesn't get the wins, he usually puts on a good match. But, he doesn't really have that "It" factor about him, that guys like Kobashi, Kenta and Morishima have. He's just a generic Japanese talent. He's good, but not great.

Go is fantastic. I wish ROH would let him, you know, win matches. I'd buy Eye of the Storm. He has three great matches with NECRO BUTCHER (god his match with Necro is awesome), Generico, and Steen. Very good stuff there.
And, I really liked his match with Aries. It may have been my second favorite match on the 6th Anniversary show, after the FIP Championship.

He's petty awful, but anything with the last name Shiosaki is AMAZING!!111 according to ROH fans.

Saying he's awful is taking it a little too far, but he isn't great.
