i have a warning for "trying to start a fight" how do you figure I tried to start a fight? Can I call the police on you for supposively trying to sell cocaine and you get arrested? maybe thinking about selling it? thats pretty much what i get out of the logic here

I once had to remove my sig of a close up shot of a dude in a golden thong. Jay said it was 'disturbing' I didnt have a problem at all with removing it, due to young kids on this site, but then again, this site is based off grown men oiled up rubbing up against eachother in tights.

I think the main question is why is it when someone replies in a thread "In before the lock" or something stupid like that gets a warning bar, yet certain admins/mods can spam the hell outta the place and because they have pretty little colored stars, they get away with it?? If you're gonna spit out bans and warning fine, but be fair to everyone on board.

What i dont get is that we cant post certain stuff, even though you'r esupposed t obe 13 to be here in the first place. I got a 50% warning befor efor posting a pictur eof a girl in a white shirt, and if you strained your eyes staring at the screen, you could make out the outline of her nipples. Yet any 7 year old can bu a newspaper with a topless girl in it. Things like that make no sense. Yes it does when the majority of members are American and that's an 18+(21+) thing here. Prudish? A bit. I can take a wild guess and say every 13 year old boy has seen some tits, laws are laws though. Jack doesn't want to get in trouble for some 13 year old seeing boobs on his board. I have an issue with the amount of censorship though, mainly in the words of curse. Kids these days say much worse than just "  ". I personally really don't care that much, but come on. I'm not saying we petition for change, but in terms of censorship WF kind of moves backwards. |

I agree with a lot of this, I love the board and all but sometimes it's just ehhhhh. I know it really bothered me when a mod made quite a few racial comments in one post and stayed a mod, stuff like that seems a little partial. It is Jack board though, so how he chooses to run it is up to him.

If you have a problem with a certain "Mods" posts you have every right to report him to jack, dont just sit back and expect jack to see every single post made every single day and then have you sook because something you saw and didnt like wasn't fixed or cleaned up. The reason for all the precautions is because this forum is used by many. Im sure those who post properly and enter discussions without Flaming/Bashing members and stick the the rules and guidelines stated in the TOS would be really pissed if the forum was closed down. Especially if its closed because someone had a very sick/disturbing picture in their sig. Yes jack did remove a sig of a bottle of whisky, because most members are the newer members and most of them are between the ages of 13-18 (as myself am). With todays society how it is people don't need any more encouragement to go out and get absolutely wasted when they are only a teenager so jack had a good point in removing the sig. @ "Im not your friend, guy" " I know it really bothered me when a mod made quite a few racial comments in one post and stayed a mod" As said above you have every right to report a mods post if they do that. but the fact that you didn't report it resulted in it being unnoticed, therefore this certain mod is still mod. I agree. When people have authority, they always intend to abuse it. Even the ones who are trying to do things for good. I don't understand why people complain about things so much, curse words, sexuality, violence, drugs, and alchohol... it's everyday life. Do people live in there own little sheltered and protected worlds where they/or there kids will never find the maturity to just deal with these things instead of labeling as "naughty". I for one think it's bullshit. <--- Censored. Yet I can still say bullcrap, which means the same thing. Ah, how stupid some things are in life.

I agree that things seem too tight on this forum sometimes, but proboards allow 13 year olds on their boards, and not only that but Ringside payed alot to own this forum, and Jack still stayed on as head admin, so he's got to make sure the forum doesn't get shut down for breaking proboards rules.

The only real thing that frustrates me (aside from Ringside censorship drama) is when there's a heated but civilized debate going on and somehow it gets misconstrued as a fight. I'll be reading like 6+ pages of the topic, listening to both sides and the gray area of an argument, sometimes finding new understanding of a different viewpoint of my own - sometimes reinforcing what I personally believe, and then I get to the last page and the topic is roadblocked with a lock. I mean I know CS 38.5 Gene Snitsky's incorrect boots is a much more important manner than learning about yourself and the world in which you live, but still.
