*sigh* It had to be posted...
But, seriously, it's only for this particular storyline so I'm sure once the feud with Edge is finished, 'Taker will resume using the hold.

He originally used a triangle choke, while his opponent was in his guard. He was doing that, crap, back in 2003. This time around, he has changed it and is using a modified brazilian jiu jitsu maneuver calleda a gogoplata. Here's some videos of the difference.
0:20, Triangle Choke.
Skip to 9:18, a proper gogoplata.
Undertaker's hybrid triangle/gogoplata. Gotta give it to the Dead Man, always changing himself up.

It sucked that the moved was banned, but I don't care cause he won matches without it.

Nakamura used the move long before the undertaker. he's not changing anything. he's just copying someone.

I gave him credit for using a move that was new for him, keeping himself from getting stale.

Pulling the arm ensures that it stays in front of their throat, cutting off their blood and wind. Nate Diaz didn't need it, his triangles are fantastic.
