Yeah, it's ridiculous. Backlash, Judgment Day, and One Night Stand are entirely too close to each other.

6 PPVs is really all need, but 12-14 from a business standpoint is smart It's things like this that make their wrestlers burnt out though. They overwork them. Don't just look at it from our standpoint, and WWE shouldn't look at the money standpoint either. Their wrestlers are overworked, and 2 less PPVs a year may not make a huge difference, but could still make some kind of difference.

I think that they should stop doing some of their PPVs, however if they went back to the "In Your House style" with all every other PPV costing $15 - $20 and being an hour shorter

I can't tell you how many times I couldn't get a PPV because one of those two reasons.

In all honesty, I just see it as a way for the WWE to bring in more $$$ because quite frankly thats pretty much the only disadvantage. Im not saying have long feuds between everyone but ones of decent length should be had so they can become memorable. These days basically none but long main event feuds are memorable.
Also PPV prices are insane. You americans pay the highest I believe. We pay less here in Aus and when i say less i mean significantly less particularly WM.

I really just get Wrestlemania and Royal Rumble, and Big TNA PPV's like Bound for Glory and Slammiversary don't really get all the rest, they just feel like a longer weekly show.

I didn't realized that I posted an incomplete though. I have no idea how that happened. What I meant to say was that I wouldn't mind it if they went back to the IYH style of PPVs, with every other PPV being short and cheaper.

I hate how because there's so many PPVs, there's endless rematches in fueds, only with a different stipulation each time around.
Back in 2000, 2001, it was rare for 2 wrestlers to have a rivalry that went past one PPV, and when Austin V Kurt Angle did, it was brilliant, as no rivalry hardly ever had that much detail, and it was fresh.
Nowadays it's just too much, and having this many PPVs really affects the Raw and Smackdown Ratings.

The should drop it to 5 a year (Royal Rumble in Jan, Wrestlemania in March/April, King of The Ring in July, SummerSlam in August and Survivor Series in Nov) then fill in the rest of the time with made for TV events like Saturday Nights Main Event or bring back Clash of the Champions If they were to do that, they would end up increaseing the prices of the PPV's. I think they should just go back to brand specific PPV's it was way better off that way, because now the storylines and the feuds do lake and on the PPV's a lot of top guys or getting left off the show, i mean jesus half the card on some PPV's r filled with heavyweight title matches there really is no midcard anymore haha
