Hey folks
Some of you maybe will say that belong to WFT: Jakks Pacific. But that actual go to here, because I was talking about money. Not figures.
So, the question:- Why do PPV series cost lots than RA series?
I went to FP and N&C on last saturday, and to have an look. And they got PPV17, and it cost £11.99 (Almost £12 for one figure) and RA cost £7.99 or £8.99. £12 for one figure, it is an expensive.
So why does they cost PPV more? Even that was exavlty same as RA styles. I am understand why DA cost bit more, because their mould is different. and AD because they come out with two figures. But PPV series, there nothing different from RA (Mould, I mean).
Basically same as Classic Superstars. They might cost bit more, because of the package, or so.
So any one can tell me any reason PPV cost more? That's £11.99, which was COMPLETE ripped off, in my opinion. But I buiying nothing, though.
Thanks

It's defo a mystery imo. It's like in TRU RA figures cost £5.99 but WM Figures cost £7.99. But to answer your question it's maybe becuase they are obviously harder to find than RA figures.

Well i think the price structure in TRU is the best around. RA & PPV £6, WM £8, AD & CS £10. It works because the Mania figures are more limited.
Basically FP price up because they can.

My FP has PPV figs for £8.99. The only time I've seen one fig for £12 is when FP used to sell CS for that much. Now they're £10.99. What's N&C?

Seems that they upped the price up a quid as CS used to be £10, IMO, I think they higher up the prices on the popular sets that people will buy to make much more profit than they usually would.

well RA is common and cheap PPV and WM is unusual and rare in common shops so they can charge more! Thats pretty much it I think. RA's they prob make more off and pretty much everywhere gets them. PPV's not many places get them in and prob there are alot less made...

The PPV series are said to be harder to find in the UK. If you take the RA's you find them everywhere, Woolies, TRU, Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Wilkinsons pretty much anyway and this is WWE flagship line. The PPV series however are only available in TRU and other figure specialists like FP etc. The PPV series is of limited availability in this country or i feel thats the general reason why there more expensive.
