Former WWE star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's divorce proceedings are officially done, reports TMZ.com. According to their divorce agreement, both Johnson and his ex-wife, Dany Garcia, will pay $5,000 a month into a trust fund to be used towards a private school, college education and other living expenses for their 7-year-old daughter Simone. Additionally, Garcia and Johnson will share custody over the child and both have agreed to waive their right to alimony. Although, Johnson will pay approximately $22,454 per month in child support, which adds up to $269,448 annually. Garcia made approximately $700,000 last year as a financial adviser.
The FOX affiliate out of Atlanta is reporting that the Chris Benoit family house in Fayetteville, Georgia is now up for sale. Their previous residence in nearby Peachtree City is also up for sale, and is among the estate's assets. Benoit estate issues were finalized just last week, although details have yet to be disclosed.

With the housing market such a mess my guess is they will have alot of trouble selling this house, it is a very expensive one also. Someone who knows nothing about the house will probably buy it at a bargain price. Get ready to call the Ghost Hunters (Their office is about a mile away I can visit in person)..

I would feel weird living there. And as for The Rock's divorce, at least it didn't get messy. And $22,000 a month is nothing but change for him anyways.  |

I have no idea what the housing market is doing in Atlanta. In some places it's actually doing pretty well. Housing is a local thing it's not anything you can really peg down nationwide IMO. High priced houses like theirs are a specialized thing too. |

Chris Benoit's home for sale may not be a great Idea because the next owner of that house may be haunted by Chris's ghost. No Im serious. Whenever someone commits suicide their spirit stays there

OK, that Rock stuff is intellectually- disabled. I can understand waiving alimony...but if it's joint custody, and Dany's pulling down $700,000 a year, why the  should he have to pay more than 22 grand a month for child support? And more importantly, since when does it cost 22 grand a month to feed and clothe a 7 year-old? |
