Former WWE star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's divorce proceedings are officially done, reports TMZ.com. According to their divorce agreement, both Johnson and his ex-wife, Dany Garcia, will pay $5,000 a month into a trust fund to be used towards a private school, college education and other living expenses for their 7-year-old daughter Simone. Additionally, Garcia and Johnson will share custody over the child and both have agreed to waive their right to alimony. Although, Johnson will pay approximately $22,454 per month in child support, which adds up to $269,448 annually. Garcia made approximately $700,000 last year as a financial adviser. The FOX affiliate out of Atlanta is reporting that the Chris Benoit family house in Fayetteville, Georgia is now up for sale. Their previous residence in nearby Peachtree City is also up for sale, and is among the estate's assets. Benoit estate issues were finalized just last week, although details have yet to be disclosed. Nodq.com Id feel weird living there I have an interview in four hours with a financial advising company, no way she makes that much just from that...

Me too Its a nice house from the pics ive seen, plus benoit was one of my favorate wrestlers and a member of my family so I wouldn't mind living there. What?.. yea he was on my mothers side of the family like a distent cousin or something we never got to meet but my grandpa knew his family.

I'd live there. If I meet benoit and he isn't friendly I'll sell it. If I meet him and he is happy I'll invite my sister over to meet him. Oh I'd also bu7y his DVD and get him too give me his autograph.
Yeah i wouldn't mind being there. I would be a little worried if he didn't do it and the real one found out I liked him and kill me. I'm not a firm believer he did it. I consider it unsolved.

I wouldn't move into that house, not because its 'haunted', but just because of what happened there.
