I didn't know if this was the right place to post this, but I wanted to get your guys opinions on wrestling-related tattoos; it could be from WWE, TNA or wherever, just your thoughts on the subject in general. I was thinking of getting one in particular, but am still kind of skeptical about it .

Yeah, don't do it until you're really planning on becoming a hardcore wrestling fan for life. At least for a tattoo, what kind would you get?

Why would you? I mean, if you get out of wrestling you're stuck with it unless you get it removed.

Well I've been a wrestling fan for about 8 years now, & I would like to get at least one (probably small) to pay homage somehow.

I was gonna get a WWE logo on my arm before. Not huge, but not tiny. Im not fully for or against it yet though. I'll probably do it someday, but its not a big priority right now. I'm probably not gonna get the logo though. I'd like to get something Kane-related (a burning mask or a melted WWE logo something) but if you really want one, i reckon you should go for it. What i find funny is that people get tattoos of things like football teams and stuff, but they'll be the same people than inform you that getting a WWE logo is indeed, "gay".

honestly....why bother asking people on a messageboard?
it shouldn't matter what anyone on here says...and they shouldn't help in deciding what goes or doesn't go on your body....
if you want it..get it, if you're having doubts then DON'T get it...till you're 100% sure...

I reckon he was just seeing how common it may have been or if someone here may happen to have a WWE orientated tattoo that they could show a picture of or something along those lines. I don't think anyone old enough to get a tattoo actually takes the opinions of most people here very seriously.

I know that eventually I'll have a tattoo that somehow ties into wrestling, but I don't know exactly what I want.
If you love wrestling then maybe it would work out, but who honestly knows. I would take a while and think about it. You should never rush into a tattoo, and you always run the risk of losing interest in something, but I would think about it for quite some time until you are completely sure about it.

I mean I guess it's a good idea if you just get tired of saying to girls "Yeah don't talk to me" and you want to get the message out there still.
Seriously don't do it, this is entertainment if you put anything more into it you're destined fora rocky road.

well ask yourself this: is it gonna be your only tattoo? if your gonna start getting tattoos just besides the wrestling one, it wouldnt be a bad idea. but if you got just a wrestling tattoo, it might be weird.
also it depends on what. weither its actually a design (edge sun, orton tribal, punk web) or a specific thing (wwe logo, raw logo, someones face etc.)
but the final decisions yours so its w/e

Hey, if you want it, get it.
I'm still planning on getting a tattoo of Brutus Beefcake killing zombie Sherri Martel with his shears on my back with a speech cloud saying "This is why they should call you...SCARY...SHERRI!"

save ur first tattoo for the name of ur first child or something like that. If u are gonna get a wrestling one...make sure its not of a wrestler...u dont want a benoit situation on ur hands. If ur gonna get a logo make sure its retro or sumthin, nothin worse than an outdated tattoo of a logo.

Seriously don't do it, this is entertainment if you put anything more into it you're destined fora rocky road. Don't listen to this guy. He's obviously got a biased, one-sided opinion. Matter of fact, don't listen to most of these guys on here. What the hell do they know? There are millions upon millions of people out there with tattoos and to be honest, I am one of them. I've got 3 wrestling related tattoos so far and I friggin' love them all. I think they all look great and in my opinion are definitely worth the money. I know they will be with me forever and I am perfectly fine with that. You only live once, so why not? I will not have any regrets having them later on in life. It all depends on how bad you want them. Don't let any of these guys on here sway your opinion. If you truly want to get a tattoo done, go for it. If not, don't. Just don't let anyone on here try and change your opinion otherwise. Not even me, even though I've got a few so far.
