As a result of colliding with the steel steps at One Night Stand, the No. 1 contender to Kane’s ECW Championship, Big Show, has been diagnosed with a fracture of the sinus cavity and possibly his orbital bone. The 7-foot, 440-pound Singapore Cane Match winner will see a specialist tomorrow in Los Angeles for further examination. Stay tuned to WWE.com for further updates.

Yea, that cut looked pretty nasty. Doesn't surprise me that there is further damage under it.

The cut does look badly, and now the eye turn into black, which was not good. I do HOPEFULLY we will see Big Show Vs Kane at Night of Champions. I always enjoyed to watch two HUGE man in the ring who used be tag team and feud each other, like as Kane and Big Show, Kane and Undertaker, Undertaker and Big Show, etc.

Tough luck for Show. Since he's been back he's gotten a broken nose, and now broken bones around his eye. And is it all really worth it? He's got this injured being a part of this crappy ECW rip off? Even if he wins the title his 2006 ECW run will still be better because then it was really like him vs the REAL ECW because he destroyed all the ECW Originals, put RVD out, had Extreme Rules matches in all his title defenses. ECW in 2006 was GREAT compared to this. Now even if he wins the title who's he going to feud with? Morrison? Punk? Miz? Chavo?
My uncle is a doctor and says that with that kind of eye injury there is no chance in hell he will compete at Night of Champions anyway. I wonder if they will have Punk cash in the MITB and take his place?
Crappy booking aside, I hope Big Show is ok because he's a really nice guy and doesn't deserve all these injuries he's been getting.

ECW in 2006 was GREAT compared to this. Sad but true. What's worse is that ECW is the best thing going on in WWE these days. I think I hear that RoH PPV I DVR'ed the other day calling my name ;D |

Sucks what happened but's it funny how Orton and Big Show were injured doing stuff that wasn't hardcore what so ever. Show was smacked in the knee with a kendo stick, in a singapore cane match. Orton was thrown over the top rope, in a Last Man Standing match. I don't see your point. |

Doesn't have much luck with the steps.
Remember when Lesnar whipped him into them and he clipped them? He pretty much had a hole in his forearm. Looked pretty nasty.

I couldn't believe how bad his eye was swollen. Something has to be broken.... that has to suck.. only back a month or two and already injured....

I just checked out those pictures for the first time, and it looked awfully painful. It looks like a purple pool ball just sitting on the outside of his eye.
