Exactly what I was thinking..... Exactly, Iron Heart Codesters Kliquid 19 Churchy Mr. Old School Sweeney Todd Patrick Bateman Sandman Inggasson Were the '' real '' MMA fans if you ask me. Um I posted quite a bit there champ so think before you talk. and the whole special fight thing would be hard to determine, I agree, but with Chuck and Wanderlei, they built that fight up so much but sadly it only got 3 rounds and was easily one of the hottest matches of the year

Oh, I have a feeling this fight is going to be a war from start to finish. However, I am going for Roger Huerta all the way. I feel Huerta will be a future champion in the UFC. The ONLY way Florian will win this fight is if he lands one of his razor-sharp elbows and opens up Huerta and hope for a referee stoppage.

Ken Flo has some VERY good JJ. If he can get Huertas back, and keep him from looking at the big screen to see what's going on...he could catch him in a submission.

^ I don't know about that. If you ask me, I'd say Clay Guida is a better fighter than Kenny Florian and Huerta took Guida's best and put him away. If Guida didn't get Huerta's back, I seriously don't believe Ken-Flo will. You never know though. It is certainly possible.

I don't know how you came to that conclusion at all, other than you may like Guida more than Florian. Florian's JJ is VERY good. Ken-Flo can submit you from many different positions and is more apt to get his back. Guida is more of a wrestler. Not to mention, who has Guida beat to be a "better fighter?" Guida is a good fighter, but he's certainly not better than Florian. Guida had a good showing against Huerta, but he's not a top tier LW. He's never beat a name.

I know that bud, but WEC is owned by Zuffa, who also owns the UFC. Much like Jens Pulver did, drop weight..Guida isnt going to go anywhere in the UFC LW divsion with how stacked it is, but a fight between him and Faber could be more explosive then Faber/Pulver

Which I don't think would be a bad idea. Guida is a great wrestler and would be more powerful in the 145 class. It depends on how much he has to cut really. I don't see him ever being a force in the LW division in the UFC. There are too many people above him. I think a lot of guys in the UFC should drop to 145. I think Guida, Lauzon, Stout, Gambaryan, would all benefit from a drop down. I'd rather them drop down and make the FW division in the WEC better, than jump ship to EliteXC (though, they do have some very good LW's there). WEC needs to focus on their 145 and 135 divisions, as that's what's getting them rave reviews.

Could you see Tyson dropping down? or what about Spencer Fisher?

Fisher always makes an interesting fight. I wouldn't mind seeing him and Pulver throw hands non-stop for 3 rounds. But Tyson Griffin is a big LW. A friend of mine has trained with him and says he cuts quite a bit. Plus Griffin really is a guy that has a chance to be one of the top LW in the UFC. He is only what? 23? I think he's one of the guys that will be focused on for a while now for them.

I just really want to see the Faber/Griffin re-match, and I think Faber can take it. He has improved so much since that fight.

His own words were something along the lines of "That really was the biggest blow. It was like a concusion and I could barely focus for the 2 rounds." or something. And since it happened early in the first, it makes sense. Now he could be saving face and trying to blow smoke up our asses, but I could care less. I want to see a re-match between the two and him avenge his loss. But I want to see Faber vs Yamamoto first.

I'd see them staying on their feet for the firsdt half of the fight and then going to the ground and then at the end Faber winning via TKO.

I think his stand up has improved the most since his last fight. Faber's a real scary fighter because he seems to fix every mistake he makes in his previous match in his next match.

With powerful guys Florian has been known to crack. Look at the fight with Diego and with Sherk. Huerta is a strong guy who is very quick. Nobody NOBODY thought that Huerta had a chance against Guida. Huerta won. I see the same thing happening here. Florians standup is not a threat to Huerta. I don't think Florian will be able to take him to the ground and if Florian can't get him to the floor her is ed. Huerta takes it
