court mcgee looked very green, but he kept coming forward. nick ring looked very polished, but lacked a killer instinct, he was just reacting the entire fight. wasnt impressed on either side. i guess mcgee will be chucks wild card though, because of the reaction after the fight... plus the other choice got crunched by yager.

That was such a stupid decision. I really hope Court is the wild card and then wins.

Eh, Chuck needs to quit his b****ing. Tito's been legit screwed twice by shoddy reffing or BS decisions. I swear everyone there is Liddell crazy or something.
Those kness obviously didn't connect to get that DQ but they didn't take two seconds to look at it. Now there's a call that goes against Chuck that's at least a little questionable and everyone INCLUDING Dana is all vocal about it? C'mon man. The favoritism for Chuck is out of this world right now.

Agreed although I think Kyacey is a little bitch!"coach we train too hard"... Personally I'm pulling for Team Punishment because of my personal dislike of Chuck, YAGER!!! Personally i saw Ring won the 1st clear, and 2nd was close just cause nothing definitive happened but i would have to say McGee just based on he was engaging and Ring wasn't pushing the fight. But a W is W and Tito got control for 1st quarter final fight! Also is it just that the talent is so good this season is why more injuries are arising or what? seems like every week someone gets an injury.

The fight wasn't impressive by any means, but Ring won it in my opinion.
The take down that McGee got in the first he did nothing with, Ring controlled it. Didn't Ring get a take down in the first two? If I remember right he didn't do anything with it, but did strike some which McGee did not.
As for the 2nd round. Many people look at the aggressor as the winner, and the guy that throws more punches. You have to look at the striking as a whole. Ring landed more strikes overall. Mostly knees and leg kicks. As well, he stuffed 1-2 takedown attempts. While McGee was pushing the round, Ring was racking up more points.
I don't see Ring winning the show unless he was severely holding back. Yager and a few others are much much better imo.

Yeah that knee DQ was a worse call than this, not to mention Hammertree clearly winning both the first two rounds, and still going to a third. so Chuck needs to stop his bitching and accept it, Tito's team has still been screwed over more, and he can put McGee in his wildcard.

Nick Ring really didn't live up to his hype... IMO Court had the better of him there Oh no you di'int!!

I though Nick landed more strikes and had better control on the ground, so I gave the fight to him personally. I think Court landed some great shots, but had him backed up against the cage more than once and did nothing with it.
While I am upset seeing what happened to Hammertree, I can't say I'm not happy to hear that Kris is next in line.

This season should be called
"The Ultimate Fighter, Season 11: INJURED".
Looks like Tito will be leaving next week.

I'm interested to see how this all plays out. More importantly, I want to see who gets screwed fight wise.
Congrads to Savage for his nice submission last night. Back in the house, baby.
I think they made the right decision with Hammertree, but he didn't exactly deliever during his chance.

Ironically, most of these injuries happened during the fights just to get into the house. I got the impression last night that Nick wasn't totally honest about his knee's past which is something to keep in mind.
We can thank the first round of fights for Nick's knee, Clayton's shoulder, and Chris's Jaw. Hammertree was cleared to fight, so he's ok. Rich's hand got hurt in his prelim fight. And apparently last night Kyacey hurt his ribs last night, most likely thanks to Savage's slam.

That sucked that there wasn't a rematch between Nick and Court, I'm glad Court won though and hopefully they'll have rematch in the future.
Also that whole scene with them just relentlessly advertising UFC 2010 was one of the worst things I've seen.

Why? It's good advertising.

It just felt like it was a 6 minute commercial, and it just seemed like these guys were given a list of bullet points and they were just reading it.

that soccer kick was nasty though...no way was that on the chest..
I don't know what to say about Tito if he really does need surgery again he needs to quit now..he is starting to even lose his hardcore fans that backed his ass up no matter what...(like myself)...
