Werdum has won 2 big fights in a row, and his loss to AA was an incredibly boring fight.
Vera has lost 2 fights in a row, and I really think he needs to work his way back up in order to get a rematch. I really think Vera needs to drop down to LHW. I know it'd kill an already weak HW division, but it's best for his career.

Honestly, Vera isn't an elite heavyweight. I'm sure he does want a rematch, but he's probably not getting one for awhile.

If Vera can drop down to LHW without hurting the UFC HW divsion (which does have enough explosive fighters atm, but can have a few more) he could be a HUGE force

Yeah, I missed the UFC #85 card because they weren't showing the repeat at Boston Pizza at 10, but I heard it was a very controversial stoppage. If that is the case, then Vera should get a re-match as soon as possible. But, I don't see that happening and Vera will have to work his way back up in the ranks if he wants to fight him again.
