...the ball on, that could have been successful beyond what they achieved in TNA, who would those be?
ONLY FORMER TNA WRESTLERS/KNOCKOUTS. No active talent unless they are agents that don't wrestle on T.V. anymore.
My three are real simple.
AUSTIN STARR. Should have been X-Division Champion. Could have been World Champion or Tag Team Champion.
D'Lo Brown. Simply put, if Raven and Rhino could fit the mold of World Champion... why not D-Lo?
Although the obvious choice is Monty Brown, or at least a respectable pick. Same can be said for Jerry Lynn. However, Senshi is someone TNA just let slip through their hands. Much akin to Jamie Noble on Smackdown. London & Kendrick on Raw, Or Elijah Burke on ECW. Talent that can make your best look better.

Monty Brown Austin Aries/Starr Alex ShelleyIt says former in Caps in the post. My three picks: Austin Aries- This guy could have been a great addition to the X-Division, propelling it further into stardom. Instead, they wasted him in ridiculous "Crossface Chicken Wing matches" and booked him against Bob Backlaund. Senshi- I know he was a multi time x-Division champion, but I feel more could have came from him. Maybe a run with LAx which they were thinking of doing could have worked. Not saying he could have been World Champ, but I feel he could have been used more, maybe a tag team champ. Jerry Lynn-I feel, honestly, he could have been in a Kaz type role. Upper midcard, getting title shots for winning matches, and being built up. He could have been a future contender for the world title if done like Kaz's role has been.

Austin Starr- not sure if it was TNA or him that dropped the ball as they couldn't get along and didn't seem to want to work together on way to get him over even more.
Monty Brown-He was in the same boat Joe was in before winning the title he was the guy TNA built up and kept pushing down right before he won the title. He could have been a big star their if given the chance.
Ron Killings-Other then at the begining of the company he wasn't used much at times they would start to give him a push toward getting in World title picture then would just drop him back to tagging with 3LK and losing singles matches.

Matt Bentley - because it's becoming REAL damn apparent that WWE's not going to do anything with him.
Monty Brown - He's a mensch for retiring for the reasons he did, but once it's straightened out, who knows...maybe he'll actually win the title this time.
Chris Harris - See Matt Bentley.

1. Monty Brown 2. Monty Brown 3. Monty Brown
Seriously, all of the internet fans always feel that TNA "drops the ball" on x division guys like Lynn, Ki, Shelley, etc. But in the end, the best those guys could've done was had a good x division title reign. So what? Monty Brown could've been a top guy for years to come. He had decent in-ring skills, amazing promos, the look, everything of a world champion. And TNA blew it.

Monty Brown: His charisma and mic work alone earned him a TNA title run, damn shame he never got it.
Austin Starr: A man that could've helped TNA become legit competition to WWE. The gimmick was questionable but he made it work. TNA could've molded him into the next big well-rounded main eventer among the likes of Hart, Jericho, Michaels, Guerrero, and Angle.
Kid Kash: I guess the guy had a bad attitude but TNA could've elevated this guy to potential main event status. I loved his run in WWE's cruiserweight division and as a Pitbull with Jamie Noble. He has a great look and a great nasty heel quality about him.

I was going to say Senshi as well, but then I read your choices, and D-Lo is the most under used in my eyes. But now hes signed with WWE, and will prove that they let a big star get away.

resign -
monty brown - he wasnt the best, but he was marketable and was fun for tna.
shannon moore - i loved his punk times there.
raven - he was losing wait, and raven is always great :[
and also - people they have under contract and need to bring back
christopher daniels - better than the curry man gig, his newest gimmick was THE BEST.
canadian petey williams - seriously, his storyline now is the WORST.
jeff jarrett - <3 white pants
also: turn rhino into beast heel, hes a waste as a face. and then turn homicide heel on hernandez, push homicide after they fued, and then pair hernandez with like ricky reyes or someone.

Monty Brown. TNA had built him up & the fans had really taken to him, he was getting great reactions & they set up a title switch but then JJ went over again & it all disappeared.
He's the onkly one that I saw as a huge top liner they dropped the ball on. How can people say jerry Lynn or Senshi is beyond me, during the weekly pPV's they had some great runs. Someone even said Chris Harris, WTF! As AMW they were pushed harder than anyone in the company with the exception of Jarrett obviously.
