- The decision to use Eric Young in the main event at Turning Point due to Scott Hall no-showing the event was made by Jeff Jarrett as a last minute decision.
- Speaking of Young getting the main event spot, apparently Samoa Joe suggested Homicide, but he was told that Homicide wasn't over enough or good enough for the spot. According to the story, Homicide heard about it and was really hot at management over it.
- After TNA offered anyone unhappy their release, guys like Kurt Angle, Booker T, Earl Hebner, and Travis Tomko gave speeches about how most of the guys in WWE are miserable, and talked about the pressure and the politics of being in World Wrestling Entertainment.
- Amazing Kong also gave a speech about being contacted by both WWE and TNA, and going with TNA since she believed WWE wasn't going to be the right fit for her.

I tend not to believe everything reported, but the thing about Homicide wouldn't surprise me. If that did happen, Jeff Jarrett is really on drugs.

I can understand the point about Homicide not being over enough for the spot, because when comparing Young and Homicide I would bet more TNA fans know about Young. But him not being good enough? What the  were they smoking. |

I like Hernandez waaaaaaaaaaay more than Homicide. Ive never really liked Homicide, and I had never even seen Hernandez until TNA.
Young is cool and is definately more well known with the audience, not to say Homicide is unknown.

If TNA thought LAX was such a hot act, they wouldn't be jobbing to Rave & Hoyt on TV and be without a PPV match. I mean seriously, there was a thrown together women's tag team match instead of them having an acutal match. |

why is earl hebner...no no no why is TOMKO of all people giving speeches about being in WWE? Becuase many wrestlers in the TNA locker room might want to jump ship to the WWE and match the incredible success that Tomko had there. But it is no easy task which is why Tomko is giving speeches. |

But that's ok, you live in that fantasy world. Haha, I'm the whiney internet fan? The company didn't get passed by because they can't book anything unique. It got passed by because they all have regular jobs and familys to take care of. I'm glad JAPW is where they are right now because as a fan I get to attend every show with them running the way they do. For someone who claims to be so close to some of the guys that work for them you should know that the reason is because of real jobs and family. If JAPW focused on just JAPW then it would be where ROH is today. |
