No, according to the Raw Archives I was checking out, there was no Raw on the 16th of February in 1998. If I had to take a guess as to why, I'd say the Dog Show, but I have no facts.

I remember this raw took place on a thursday night.... it was a special thursday night show prolly because of the dog show was on monday night
