Now i don't wanna start a fight or arguement. So lets discuss this like adults. But a fact i noted about TNA. Is that a wrestler jumps from WWE to TNA. TNA treat them as they have just come from the big place. Unlike WWE who treats wrestlers that came from TNA to WWE then they treat them as if there no ones or people who are just making there debut. For exzample. Monty Brown TNA to WWE As Marcos Cor Von. Brown was a huge star in TNA but gets pushed down to a low carder on some crappy remake show ECW. On the other hand when WWE Tomko & Test & Christian came from WWE to TNA. The commentators and storylines revolve around there past persona. Discuss

WWE already have enough star power meaning they can afford to start afresh with certain characters.

It's because WWE is bigger than TNA. When a person of noted popularity (Whether you are John Cena over or Tomko Over) goes from the bigger place to the little league, they seem WAY bigger of a superstar. When a REALLY big star from the little league goes up to the big leagues, they have to try alot harder and unless they are really good, they are going to take longer to move up the ladder in the bigger promotion. It's kind of like the NHL, if Ty Conklin goes from being back up goalie for some team in the NHL to the AHL, Conklin would likely look better their so he might start more often in the AHL. Where as someone moving from the little league (AHL, WHL, etc) to the NHL will probably have to try harder to get a guarenteed spot on the team unless you are like Sidney Crosby or Alexander Ovechkin... It's all the same dynamic...

Creepy, I was thinking this exact same thing a couple of days ago. I do agree with you. You don't see people debute in WWE in a Main Event of a PPV.

It all boils down to one thing: if WWE were to push a TNA guy the way TNA pushed him, they're essentially acknowledging that TNA is just as good as they are, which is not something WWE wants their fans to believe.

It's because WWE is bigger than TNA. I think its as simple as that. And I thoght Marcus Cor Von got put over pretty well by the announcers for TNA. Cause I remember Taz going oh yeah, I heard about this guy!

Every WWE name in TNA is hailed as an 'aquisition' and pushed. Every blow TNA gives WWE is celebrated in a very obvious way.

And WWE retaliates by acquiring the likes of Monty Brown and Frankie Kazarian...and promptly proceeding to make them look like jokes. Well, OK, maybe Kazarian was partially to blame for his situation...but still.

I never knew Kaz was in WWE Indeed, he was. He had a bunch of Velocity matches, and was actually undefeated, I believe. He never made it to Smackdown! but he had some kickass matches with Paul London, Brian Kendrick, etc. I wish he'd have stayed, because the Cruiserweight Division was brilliant at that stage.

The alleged story goes that after this undefeated month, Kazarian went to pitch ideas to a writer, and the writer had no idea who he was, so Kazarian got frustrated and quit.

They really just do this because Vince doesn't want to put over talent from another promotion unless they really have a fan following. Cor Von didn't have that much of a following.

bottom line is as lng as TNA sees WWE aquisitions as bigger than there own talent, TNA will always be seen as WWE lite, the B show, second rate, etc. And that's their own stupid fault!
