Luger Junkyard Dog (could be wrong but don't think he held a title correct me if wrong) Roddy Piper (correct me if wrong) Piper held the Intercontinental Title in 92, and you could count the Tag Team Title he won last year with Flair. My pick would be Jake "The Snake" Roberts

Vader is the first thought. In a federation whose main weakness was the building up of credible longterm monster heels, gets the ultimate version dropped in their lap & no title reign? Neverunderstood that one myself.
Also Orndorff & Roberts, one a quality wrestler & the other for my money one of the best minds & talkers in the industry. both would have been great champions

Vader. With the size of him and push he was given around 1996, he deserved at least an I.C Title. YEAH I AREE HE WAS AN AWESOME HE DID SOME AMAZING MOVES FOR A MAN OF HIS WEIGHT
