Good to see you're using Bryan Danielson, though it seems unrealistic considering Danielson has an exclusive contract with ROH lasting until 2009. But then again, to hell with ROH, lol. Liked the opening womens match, Melina and Phoenix have good chemistry imo. Decent second bout as well, push Santino to the Intercontinental Championship gold once again please. The tag team match was pretty good. Liked the Danielson/Cade match also, those two would have an awesome match. Wish Stevie got a push but Elijah push > Stevie push. And finally, a great main event. Great American Bash is shaping up nicely.
Reply to WWF 1999?

RAW was awesome. nice to see Danielson get the win over Cade in what sounded like a good match. Burke getting the win over Stevie was expected. Hope you push him. The Main Event was good, glad Tista' got the win. Danielson vs. jericho at the Bash will be phenomenal. The Bash card looks great. Keep up the good work.
Drop a Reply to my WWE '07 - '08 please.

_____________________________________________ - Gregory Helms is set for a return to in-ring action in August. Helms posted a photo on his MySpace saying "It's Almost Time" and a clock with the hands pointing at 10 past 8.
- According to Dave Meltzer, Lance Storm will be returning to the WWE as a wrestler. It's believed Storm would work an easy schedule, and not work every houseshow. Storm currently runs a wrestling academy, so it's possible that he might not return to the company.
- There is also talks of trashing the WWE Diva's Championship shortly, unifying it with the Women's Championship.
- Many people backstage where pleased with the outcome of the Edge and Vickie Guerrero wedding angle. Management are keeping tight-lipped about what will happen next.

15/7/08 - Charlotte, North Carolina. The ECW opening video played, featuring ECW Superstars like Kelly Kelly, Mark Henry, Kofi Kingston, Shelton Benjamin, John Morrison, The Miz and many more. Mike Adamle and Tazz then welcomed us to the broadcast before putting over tonights main event which will be Matt and Jeff Hardy teaming up with Finlay and his cousin, Sheamus O'Shaunnessy to take on The Miz and John Morrison, with Chavo Guerrero and Bam Neely. 1) Kofi Kingston defeated. Matt Striker These two worked an extemely good back and forth match, that could have gone either way to be honest. Striker worked on Kofi's right arm for most of the match, and Kofi was selling the after effects of it really well. Kofi was able to escape Striker's arm wrench and quickly hit the "Trouble In Paradise" for the victory. Afterwards, Shelton Benjamin was shown watching on a monitor backstage, not looking too pleased.
We then see Tiffany talking to new ECW Superstar, Jake Hager backstage. Teddy Long was shown in the background when Armando Estrada enters. He sees Hager and he looks scared of him. Teddy tells Estrada he has yet another chance at becoming an ECW Superstar. In comes Colt Cabana, who shakes hands with Long as Estrada storms out the office.
ECW correspondent, Lena Yada was shown standing next to the current ECW Champion, The Big Show. Big Show puts himself and his match against Mark Henry at The Great American Bash.
A video played highlighting Evan Bourne.
2) "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry defeated. Colin Delaney w/ Tommy Dreamer - Nothing more than a quick squash match. Henry destroyed Delaney before ultimately connecting with the "World's Strongest Slam" for the pinfall victory. Afterwards, Tommy checked on Delaney as Henry celebrated his easy win on the ramp.
3) Colt Cabana defeated. Armando Estrada – Armando fell victim to another new ecw superstar tonight, he seemed to be doing well until Cabana reversed Estrada’s “Saving Grace” finisher in to a reverse ddt, Cabana then called for his own finishing move which shocked the commentator’s as Cabana lifted Estrada in to an Argintine Backbreaker before dropping him Spine first on to Cabana’s shoulders. Tazz noted that the move was called the Colt. 45. Cabana hooked the leg of Estrada for the three count.
Finlay and his cousin, Sheamus O'Shaunnessy made their way down to the ring, with Finlay carrying both WWE Tag Team titles. Finlay cut a promo on The Miz and John Morrison, and he said Hornswoggle is at home, recovering. Finlay then annoumnces that he is awarding his cousin, Sheamus Hornswoggle's title belt.
4) The Miz, John Morrison, Chavo Guerrero and Bam Neely vs. WWE United States Champion, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy and the WWE Tag Team Champions, Finlay and Sheamus O'Shaunnessy went to a No Contest after Finlay attacked The Miz with the shillaleigh - I didn't expect this match to be as good as it was, and I'm sure alot of people didn't. SOS looked good out there for his in-ring debut, but all Finlay wanted to do was tear Miz and Morrison apart. Finlay eventually had enough of Morrison and Miz's constant cheap shots, that led to Finlay grabbing his shillaleigh and taking out both men. The referee rung the bell, and Matt, Jeff and SOS all restrained Finlay. Chavo, Neely, Miz and Morrison scattered to the back as ECW comes to a close.

I think this is currently the best modern WWE going. You went out there with the wedding, but to me, it paid off. Great way to close the show.
RAW was good, adding Batista to the WWE Title match is a good thing, as it adds some intrigue. I could see MVP stealing the match by pinning Big Dave.
Didn't care for jobbing someone as awesome as Santino to someone as shitty as Punk.
GAB should be really good. How can Edge focus on H3 when his beloved is varnished?

Liked the wedding angle, and Raw and ECW were solid shows. Dont really like Batista getting into the title match. GAB looks stacked

ECW was a good show. I'm enjoying the talent initiative, and it is awesome to see Colt Cabana being brought in. I really hope you use him properly. The main event was cool, and it really sounded like a cluster nut of a match. I'm enjoying the Finlay/ Morrison & Miz feud.

18/7/08 - Charlotte, North Carolina.
A video plays, recapping Edge and Vickie's wedding, and how Vickie appeared in the coffin. The opening Smackdown! video plays, and then we cut straight to Jim Ross and Mick Foley who welcome us to the broadcast. They go over Edge and Vickie Guerrero's wedding from last week, and how The Undertaker made his presense known.
“Metalingus” by Alterbridge plays across the PA System as the World Heavyweight champion; Edge makes his way down to the ring wife-less because of the abduction of Vickie Guerrero by the Undertaker. Edge enters the ring and talks about how he will get his love back no matter what it takes, he has a team of detectives looking for her right now. Edge then says that he won’t be able to defend his title this Sunday at the Great American Bash because he is so worried about Vickie and as the Acting General Manager; he is calling the match of. WOOOO is heard across the arena as Charlotte’s own, Ric Flair makes his way on to the entrance ramp. Flair tells Edge that wont be happening because the WWE Board of Directors have made him the Acting General Manager of Smackdown, and he is keeping the Main Event match for the Great American Bash active. Flair also states that tonight, Edge will be teaming up with his soon to be nephew, Chavo Guerrero to face of against Jeff Hardy and Triple H. Flairs music hits as he leaves the entrance way, Edge looks on with hatred in his eyes.
1) Carlito defeated. Kofi Kingston following interference from Shelton Benjamin on behalf of Carlito - This was a fantastic opening contest, with Kofi showing some vast improvements out there. Kofi was able to hit Carlito with the "Trouble In Paradise" but Carlito rolled out the ring and tried to high-tail it, but Matt Hardy surprised Carlito and tossed him back into the ring for Kofi. The referee then left the ring and argued with Matt, trying to eject him from ringside. Shelton Benjamin jumped the barriercade and got a ladder from under the ring. He tried to slide it into the ring, but Kofi grabbed it. With half the ladder in the ring, and half out. Shelton pulled his half down, which sent Kofi's half up and cracked him on the face. Kofi then stumbled into the "Backstabber" while Shelton kicked the ladder under the apron and quickly left through the crowd.
Backstage, Stephanie McMahon was shown interviewing the WWE Diva's Champion, Natalya about her fathers accident a few weeks ago on Raw.
2) Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder defeated. WWE Tag Team Champions Finlay & Sheamus O’Shaunessy in a non-title match – The Edgeheads have really done well when joining up with Edge, this match showed that. However Finlay and Sheamus had most of the match under control until the end where the former tag team champions made their way down to the ring, Finlay got enraged and chased after them, this left Cousin Sheamus on his own and The Edge Heads got the upper hand, getting the win after a double Impailer DDT.
Trevor Murdoch was then shown singing "Gimmie More" by Britney Spears backstage to Kelly Kelly, and Michelle McCool. Kind of funny segment.
3) Cherry defeated. Maryse - An average Divas match, but Maryse and Cherry both continue to grow as performers in the ring. Cherry was able to put away the French seductress after a hammerlock lifting DDT.
4) WWE Cruiserweight Champion Jamie Noble defeated. Super Crazy – Awesome back and forth match, Crazy looked great being back on Smackdown with people his own weight class and it showed tonight. Noble eventually picked up the win after connecting with a Tiger Bomb and quickly locking in the Trailer Hitch making Super Crazy tap out.
Edge was then shown looking stressed out backstage. He is seen talking to Umaga. Edge says to Umaga that together they have got to take Triple H down and out, and if he helps him "cripple" HHH at The Great American Bash, then he will be first in line for a WWE title shot. The scene then fades out.
Ric Flair was shown in his office on his cellphone. We hear him ask Linda how Vince is. Ric says he'll be Smackdown! General Manager until Vickie returns.
5) Mr. Kennedy defeated. Shelton Benjamin after interference from Kofi Kingston on behalf of Kennedy - Another really solid back and forth match put on tonight. Kennedy had control at the opening, but the tables turned when Shelton poked him in the eyes. Shelton went for a clothesline, but Kennedy ducked and Shelton got the ref instead. Kofi then came charging down the ramp and into the ring and stunned Shelton with the "Trouble In Paradise". Kennedy shook the ref and then pinned Shelton for the victory. Kofi was then shown telling Shelton that "payback is a bitch".
The Miz and John Morrison where seen walking backstage together. They suddenly stop and then begin running down the hall. The camera turns and both men attack Finlay. Finlay begins getting beat down until Sheamus O'Shaunnessy chases them off with a shillaleigh.
6) WWE World Heavyweight Champion Edge & Chavo Guerrero defeated. Triple H & Jeff Hardy – Great main event match for Friday Night Smackdown, Edge and Chavo kept in control of both of Jeff Hardy for a good while until Jeff connected with his mule kick and getting the hot tag in to Triple H who destroyed both Edge and Chavo for a few seconds, the end of the match came with The Undertaker’s Gong going of with the lights going out, Edge got scared and ran of but Triple H followed in hot pursuit, Jeff called for the Swanton Bomb but Bam Neely jumped on the apron and Jeff kicked him of, this distracted Jeff long enough for Chavo to go to the top rope and connect with what was basically a top rope Jack Hammer, a superplex with Chavo landing on top of Jeff, it was enough to give him the three count anyway, Chavo celebrates the win with his body guard but Undertaker’s Gong is heard once again as Smackdown goes of the air, leaving Chavo and Bam pretty scared.

I find Vickie being kidnapped very interesting, and also I think that Edge vs The Undertaker would be nice, which I can see coming soon...I hope either way nice opening segment you have there. I am also happy to see Carlito win, I am somewhat of his fan, simply as I have not watched ECW in a while to know who Kingston is. The interview that was held after the match seemed to be good. Yes at the Edgeheads winning! I love it thank you whoever caused this, seriously they should make very nice champions. OK what the hell? Trevor ing scares me a little. Nice diva's match I suppose, I really like Cherry. OK nice match after that for the title, but seriously I think that you should have gave the win over to Super Crazy, I have always liked Super Crazy and thought he made a nice champion. Ahh looks well played as heels backstage. Wow I can not wait to see how Ric is as GM looks pretty nice. Boo at Shelton not winning his match, I think you should push him some man. Loving the backstage attack, nicely played. Seriously nice main event! I loved it all. Overall I love this Diary keep it up guys.

Smackdown was a great show guys, this is quickly becoming one of my favourite diaries right now. Flair as SmackDown's GM is cool, cant wait to see where it goes. Cool to see Carlito getting a win, and Benjamin's interference was cool, and it was great to see Kofi get payback later in the show. The Edgeheads going over was interesting, and it will be nice to see if they get a decent push out of it. I liked the main event, and it was cool to see the Undertaker making his presence felt, even without appearing.

Super reply will come probably from GAB. Looking to be stacked, though not a fan of having Edge/HHH immediately, Summerslam would have been much better for the first encounter. Cena/MVP/Batista is an interesting match, looking forward to it. Womens title fourway will be sick, sounds absolutely awesome. Hope Melina takes it. Miz and Morrison probably won't, but better retain the tag titles again.

WWE "GREAT AMERICAN BASH" RESULTS Sunday, July 20th, 2008
The usual PPV video package hyping all the matches for the show plays, and then a pyrotechnic display goes off at the top of the ramp. Jim Ross and Mick Foley, Mike Adamle and Tazz, and Michael Cole and Jerry "The King" Lawler welcome us to the show and tell us that we are in for a blockbuster show.
1) LADDER MATCH, LOSER IS FIRED FROM ECW: Kofi Kingston defeated. Shelton Benjamin - This was the perfect way to open up the show, as it was a spot filled match. The crowd loved it, and both Kofi and Shelton worked really well with each other. Kofi was then able to hit Shelton with a sunset flip powerbomb from the top of the ladder before climbing to the top to retrieve the contract for the victory.
The camera cuts backstage where John Morrison and The Miz are shown with ECW correspondent, Lena Yada. Morrison and Miz put themselves over, as well as their upcoming tag team title match against Finlay and Sheamus O'Shaunessy. As Morrison and Miz leave the interview set, Melina walks past and she has a quick staredown with John Morrison before they walk off seperate ways.
2) WWE Tag Team Champions, Finlay & Sheamus O'Shaunessy defeated. The Miz & John Morrison to retain their tag team titles - Both teams have alot of chemistry with each other after wrestling each other over the last month, Finlay and his cousin, Sheamus wrestled a stiff roughneck match while MNM Version 2 wrestled more of a on stage show type of match, playing to the crowd and what not, both teams had equal momentum throughout the match but it was the current tag team champions who got the win after both Irishmen connected with a move on an opponent, Finlay with the Standing Greenbay Plunge while Sheamus connected with the Death Valley Driver. A video played hyping SummerSlam - LIVE August 17th from the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana! 3) WWE Women's Champion, Mickie James (c) defeated. Melina, Beth Phoenix and Victoria to retain her title - These four women are solid workers, and that made for a solid match. Beth and Victoria almost had the match won several times, but their pins respectively where broken. Mickie was able to hit Victoria with the "Mickie-DT" to retain her title. The Big Show was then shown backstage getting ready for his upcoming ECW title match against Mark Henry. 4) ECW Champion, The Big Show defeated. "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry to retain his title - This match was slow paced as we all expected. Both men exchanged offence throughout the entire match. The match itself lasted around 9 minutes, and around the 8 minute mark, Big Show took control and was able to hit Mark Henry with the "Final Cut" for the 3 count. We see Carlito backstage with Eve Torres. Carlito talks about Matt Hardy, and how after tonight he will become a two time United States champion. 5) Carlito defeated. United States Champion, Matt Hardy after the referee attacked Matt Hardy - This match was solid, and the crowd where really into it. Cole and Foley put over the fact that the referee tonights first official match as a WWE referee is tonight. He seemed to get into a few arguments with Matt Hardy throughout the course of the match. That all made sense later as the man viciously attacked Matt Hardy with the US title from behind, and hugged Carlito. Carlito then pinned Hardy for the 3 count. Afterwards, Carlito and the "referee" made their way to the back together with Carlito's new US title. Who is this man?! 6) World Tag Team Champions, Mike & Ted DiBiase defeated. Cryme Tyme to retain their titles - Unlike the earlier tag title match, this one was alot slower paced, the DiBiase brothers still need to work on their heelish bahavior to be fair, but they were brought up rather early. Cryme Tyme worked a good match, JTG was beaten down before getting the hot tag to Shad but it didn't last long as JTG got tagged backed in to early and Shad was knocked out of the ring. JTG was an easy target for a Lariat/Spear combination called the DiBiase Knock-Out, the DiBiase Brothers got the three count and quickly left the ring. Carlito and the referee where shown leaving the arena together. Todd Grisham is shown chasing after them, but they quickly get into a car and speed off. 7) Bryan Danielson defeated. Intercontinental Champion, Chris Jericho w/ Lance Cade in a non-title match following interference from Shawn Michaels - Fantastic match from start to finish, more than likely match of the night if it wasn't for Danielson being all that known to the WWE crowd, granted there was a few Ring of Honor chants. Lance Cade interfered during the match to give Jericho the upperhand again but as the match was coming to an end, Shawn Michaels jumped the barricade and super kicked Lance Cade. Shawn slid in to the ring with the referee still alive but Jericho knocked him of the apron, Jericho was distracted long enough for Danielson to ground and pound Jericho before locking in the Cattle Mutilation, Jericho had no choice but to tap out. After the bell, HBK shook hands with his pupil, Bryan Danielson. A video package plays, hyping the upcoming triple threat for the WWE Championship. 8) WWE Champion John Cena defeated. Batista and Montel Vontavious Porter to retain the WWE Championship - Surprisngly a great match, MVP showed he could work a big time match but it was obvious Batista was thrown in to this match to give it more hype. MVP was out of it for a few minutes as Cena and big Dave worked on each other, eventually Batista connected with a Spine Buster on Cena and MVP connected with the Playa's Boot on Dave nearly winning the championship but Dave managed to get a shoulder of the canvas, the match continued on but eventually came to an end with Batista connecting with the Batista Bomb on MVP, surprisingly, MVP wasn't pinned as Cena quickly connected with the F-U on Batista and he pinned "The Animal" to retain his WWE Championship. Edge was shown backstage looking at his World Heavyweight title. He leaves his dressing room and is met by Eve Torres. She conducts an interview with him. A video hypes Edge and Triple H's World Heavyweight title match. 9) World Heavyweight Champion Edge defeated. Triple H following interference from Umaga to retain his World Heavyweight Championship - What a fantastic main event, both men worked their parts brilliantly and both men made you believe you were apart of the match. Back and forth, both men battled inside and outside of the ring untill there wasn't a single move left in either man's arsinal that was enough to put the other man away. Eventually, Triple H attempted a running knee but Edge collapsed out of the way causing the first and only ref bump of the night. During this, Umaga hit the ring and connected with the Samoan Spike on Triple H, this stunned Hunter enough for the World Champion to connect with the Spear and to get a slow three count from a dazed referee, After the bell, the lights went out and the crowd popped as a loud "GONG" was heard across the arena, slowly, The Undertaker made his way on to the entrance ramp. 'Taker is wearing one of those Jillian Hall mics so his voice sounds all scary and is played across the arena. 'Taker talks about how Edge will be happy to know Vickie Guerrero is no longer in captivity because he has released her to Chavo, Hawkins & Ryder, in return for this however, 'Taker now has his job back and at Summerslam will face Edge for the title in Hell...In...A...Cell. The Great American Bash goes of the air with Edge looking stunned in the ring as The Undertaker's entrance music is played across the arena.

The Bash was a great read, I really like the layout you use and the booking was good. I'm not too sure on Kingston going over Benjamin, since I'm a fan of Benjamin, but hopefully he gets moved to either RAW or SmackDown now. Good to see Finlay and SOS retaining the gold, and it was good to see Mickie get the win as well. Good to see Big Show retain, but please keep Henry out of the ECW title division now. The end to the US title match was interesting, and it's good to see Carlito getting the gold. I'm interested in seeing who the 'referee' really is. Cool to see the DiBiase brothers getting the win, and hopefully you can build a better tag team division for both shows soon. Jericho/ Danielson sounded like an incredible match, and one that would be awesome to actually see. The ending was cool and it's good to see Danielson getting a good push. Although I was hoping that MVP would walk away with the gold it's cool to see Cena getting a good run with the title though. Hopefully MVP gets another chance and walks away with the gold. The main event was great, and it's great to see Edge going over Triple H. The end to the show was superb, and it's good to see you brought Taker back in well.

A solid PPV guys. Shelton/Kingston in a ladder match must have been full of botches...lol i kid. Anyway sounded pretty good and sucks that Benjamin lost seeing as I enjoy him more then Kingston but I guess this means Shelton is headed to Raw or SD which is even better. I don't like the team of Finlay and the other guy who I don't know. Would've prefered Miz and Morrison winning tbh. Show/Henry looked like MOTN... nice to get it over with and Show retaining was good. Hopefully Henry fades out of this diary soon. Loved the Referee thing and I have a good feeling it's Carlito's brother that is currently in FCW. Hopefully you put them as a team and they win the tag belts. Liked the ending to the match as well, well done. Not really liking a no-name like Danielson against a megastar like Jericho in the WWE but obviously it looked like an awesome match, just something I doubt we would see in the WWE. Edge retaining his WWE title was a suprise as I thought the Game would win it tbh. Glad Edge was the winner though. Umaga/HHH has been done to death so hopefully you do something different with the two.

I really enjoyed the Great American Bash. I like Finlay and Sheamus, but I was hoping MNM would win the tag titles, but still a good match. The referee thing with Hardy/Carlito will make for an interesting angle, you've got my attention. Glad to see the Dibiase's keep the straps, and I'm happy with Mickie retaining, although I would have liked to see Melina win it again. Mickie is great too though. 9 minutes for Show/Henry would be perfect, not dragging it on too long, but keeping both as intimidating monsters. Danielson/Jericho was solid, liked the finish. I hope for a tag match at Summerslam actually, a high profile, good non title tag match at a PPV is a nice touch, rather than doing them to death on RAW all of the time. One of my favorites from a few years back was Batista/Flair vs Benoit/Regal at Unforgiven 2004.
MVP/Batista/Cena was my favorite match of the show, well done triple threat, the men in it seemed to have good flow and chemistry, good writeup, both Batista and MVP look stronger than Cena, but Cena overcomes the odds to win, but not in such a ridiculous fashion that you'd be pissed off at, you played this match perfectly. Perfectly. HHH/Edge was good, and I look forward to what you will do with them in the cell. HHH/Umaga I'm guessing at Summerslam, make it a stipulation as well, those two kick ass in them, maybe Last Man Standing.
