I was recently watching the Royal Rumble 1990 and I saw a segment where people were asked who would win the Rumble Match itself. One person said Ax, "because he beat Andre."

I remember hearing this a long time ago (like 10 years ago) and I have always wondered:

Did Ax ever defeat Andre in a singles match?

"JAKKS, Ringside, someone save us from our prototype hell!"

If they did maybe it was Andre vs. Ax (as Super Machine) though?

Even when The Demos beat The Collosal Connection, it was Haku who got pinned, not Andre.
