I'm sorry, but I don't follow TNA that closley, but is Davari still under sontract with WWE or with TNA or is released by the WWE and on a show to show basis for TNA, or a combination of those two?

I was just really suprised seeing him on iMPACT a few weeks ago for the World X Cup.

As far as I know it's show by show with TNA because last I saw he was working AJPW as Al Daivari.
