I want to make a WM 24 Ric Flair. I'm probably going to paint over either a RA 20, 31, or 34.5 Flair. I just have a couple of questions.
1) Which of those 3 Flairs would be better to use? 2) What paint can I use to paint over the tights? 3) Can I paint knee pads? If so, which type of paint? 4) What type of paint will paint over boots? 5) What is the best instrument to use in order to write the "RF" on the tights and boots? 6) Do I really need to buy sealer?
Please help me out. Thanks!

Imo, use RA 31.
The best advice I could give in regards to paint would be to use vinyl color paint. You can get this at pretty much any auto parts store, and in a lot of Walmarts. You can use this to paint over trunks, boots, and even pads. It does a remarkable job. It's very durable, and pretty much won't scratch off. It's also flexable enough to stay put on the pads. It comes in a spray can, but you can spray it into the cap and then dip it out with a brush. It takes a few coats, but looks fantastic in the end.
This stuff is the real deal, I guarantee you. I learned about it on these boards from some guy a long time ago, and am very glad I gave it a try.
As for the "RF", then all I can offer is that you should use one of the smaller brushes you can find. Practice writing the initials first on something else till you get 'em perfect.
Good luck with this, and hope I helped!

Use acrylic craft paint for it all. I would use a toothpick to write the RF and if you don't use sealer your paint will rub off easily.
