UK, wrong. I don't believe I ever brought up "botching spots," but rather the fact of sandbagging spots. As far as I know, Drake, Scotty, Dustin, nor xOMGx have ever backed out of a spot they agreed to do before the match.

...and like I said, it seems the whole reason the Naptown Dragons are even being brought up, is in defense of Damento. I said you mark for him, because of your defensiveness reguarding him and everything JAPW.

Wether you like the Naptown Dragons or not, Drake Younger, Scotty Vortekz, and Dustin Lee are much better workers than Danny Damento IMO, if you don't agree, fine. But don't **** on them, just because I brought up the fact that Damento pulled that **** in a match against them.

...and by the way, if they suck so much, well then know this. Scotty carried Danny through the only good match i've ever seen him have. The whole reason he was even hired into CZW, is because Zandig liked his match with Scotty. So if Scotty botches so much, well atleast you can thank him for getting Danny work elsewhere besides JAPW.


The fact you said ROH fans would eat up anything done by Damento...baffles me.

Wow, I just told you I'm not ****ting on them because you **** on Demanto. I am ****ting on them because they are terrible workers imo. If you don't believe it then boo ing hoo I don't care. Scotty Vortekz, and Diehard Dustin Lee botch more spots then Demanto does. Drake Younger is fine and I enjoy his non death match stuff.

Since you say I defend all things JAPW, please do me a favor. Go to japw.net and go read my posts on that board and then come back and tell me I defend all things JAPW. Please go do that since you think I defend "all things JAPW" and you will look like a moron.

Again, you misquoted me. I never said they would eat up "everything" Demanto does. I said check out the match of his with Kenny Omega from JAPW and then tell me the ROH fans wouldn't mark for that match if it happened there. Obviously your not gonna admit the truth because then you would lose your argument but I suggest you watch the match amd tell me how bad Demanto is. They have a fan cam on each of their myspaces for free so there is really no excuse.

I defend them here because everyone here knocks them without following them. Just because you bought one DVD for a Eddie Kingston match doesn't mean you can judge the promotion.

Sounds like your ignorant and just don't want to check out the match. There are plenty of good Demanto matches. When Demanto is working with crap he's gonna be crap that's just how it is. When he's working Kenny Omega, Eddie Kingston & Devon Storm he's gonna be good. Also don't make it sound like Danny Demanto only working East Coast shows is a bad thing when the Naptown Dragons work CZW which really isn't hard to get into at all. Working CZW and IWA-MS is no different than working JAPW and CZW.

I also find it odd you mention Demanto hurting Pinkie or attempting to yet they are actually pretty good friends.

Also if you want to see me knock some JAPW stuff all you have to do is check out the board and go to my past posts. I'm not gonna not defend it here when everyone bashes it. I don't exactly see you knocking Chikara or IWA-MS.

I have not seen the match but I am willing to bet he was in character since he's playing the bunghole heel and Pinkie was playing the huge babyface. Do you have any proof that he wasn't he character when doing this?

I'd personally put that match above any ROH title defense this year. It had the false finishes, the crowd actually bought Demanto would win which I thought was damn near impossible and it put Demanto over. It had the psychology, the false finishes, everything. The only difference was it didn't have the long 10 minutes of rest holds in the very begging that before it picked up. It still started slow, but they knew how to do it without making it boring. I have seen ROH fans on the ROH board praise the match as well as ROH fans that I have seen at ROH shows that was at the event. If you don't like it that's your choice but I wanted to prove to you Danny Demanto isn't as horrible as you speak of him. Demanto is a good worker in the fact that he knows how to put his opponent over. He's like the Tommy Dreamer of JAPW or if you wanna compare it to ROH the BJ Whitmer. Not an amazing wrestler but puts his body on the line for the promotion, the fans and to make his opponent look like a million bucks.

Yes those matches are always a lot more fun live. Same with the average ROH Title defense.

Not a fan of Erick Stevens. I don't hate him, though.

I don't think he was calling Sydal a badass, he was saying Stevens didn't serve a purpose, like he felt Sydal didn't.

Im not fond of Roderick Strong. Personally i find him boring and he never seemed to fit in when teaming with Austin Aries , was also pretty much a dick at a signing as well.

To be fair, he is more of a smart wrestling fan's type of wrestler.

His style isn't quite mainstream like which can determine how "entertaining" he is.

I mean, I enjoy his stuff either way, but his connection with his fan-base is similar to Shawn Michaels... only Shawn took many years to craft that on mainstream level, and Danielson isn't there yet.


I don't look to defend CM's mindset, just my two cents. It'd be like saying Hero can't get heel heat. Only cheers, mixed, or snickering but nothing near hatred by his own doing.
