Seeing as the topic of which superstar should ge their own DVD set is always being discussed here on WF, I was thinking about it ymself the other day and then it hit me, why dont theymake a "WWE DVD" thats right, an entire C=DVD set based around WWE from its beginnings as the WWWF to now, sure it would be a pretty big set but it would also be awesome, watching the company evolve into what it is today and seeing just what goes on behind the scenes.
Thoughts?

It would be cool but seems like WWE wouldn't take the time to do that and if it was greatly detailed for the last 50 something years it would probably cost to much.

Didn't it started as Capitol Wrestling? Anyway, like it has been said, it would take too much time, but it isn't a bad idea at all, but I doubt people would buy it more than the Rise and Fall of ECW, which would piss off Vince.

First disc 3 hour biography on the company
second disc 1 hour on behinds the scenes 1 hour biography on every major backstage player before vince 30 mins on the top stars in its history 30 minutes on the current people running the company
Best of WWF The Matches
Disc 1
5 most monumental matches and 5 most monumental moments with a short intro done by people involved
Disc 2
5 best matches from 1989 and before plus intros by people involved. Plus promos leading too it.
Disc 3
10 biggest stars in company history as voted by fans
It would include like 6 or 7 matches that involve the stars. Obviously some would include multiple stars.

I always wanted them to make like a 5 disk history of the WWE/WWF/WWWF, with almost everything being discussed (Attutde Era, Screw Job, Hogan, Austin walking out, etc.)

I always wanted them to make like a 5 disk history of the WWE/WWF/WWWF, with almost everything being discussed (Attutde Era, Screw Job, Hogan, Austin walking out, etc.) it (and the topic dvd) would be too crazy to make. it would be going all over the place with almost no actual pace. And they pretty much released a DVD of history of WWE/F: McMahon. i mean it goes back all the way to the 70's till now, and has all of the biggest stuff talked about. The McMahon DVD, and History of the WWE championship i would say would be the DVD's to buy to cover the best of WWF/E. But a documentary about the begginning of the WWWF till now i think would be short. like 45 mins. I mean what exactly will they talk about? "Yeah, we were the WWWF. Then this happened and we changed it to WWF. Then the real WWF gave us the smackdown, and we became WWE." the DVD is possible, but i dont see WWE dedicating enough time to it, and why do it while WWE is still running strong?
