Finally picked up Rock the other day. Went to TRU and there were 2 Rocks and a Big Show. Now I can just sit back and wait to see if they make any TNA BNBs, and if they do, I will start up again. Otherwise, it's back to just Shawn Michaels figures for me!

stopped at my TRU really quick today to see if they had BNB Rock/Piper or Show...and i was in luck, they had 1 show, 1 rock, and 3-4 pipers
only had $20 on me so i picked up rock/piper and stashed the Show they had so i can pick it up tomorrow. I like the 2 figs, but the lack of detail kills it. also i wish rock had a hole thing in his hand so i can put the mic in it for my display

I noticed something very odd on Mysterio, seeing how it has NO DETAIL on the outfit, i found it surprising that it has his Cross tattoo on his chest........ONLY FIGURE EVER TO HAVE IT..and it is BNB8 with no detail on the rest of the damn figure...could have been a 100% perfect figure had they done his mask and pants... |

Series 9 is in stock at Ringside Collectibles. The lineup has been cut in half with only Rey Mysterio, Undertaker and John Cena remaining. Mysterio is the same as the Series 8 and TRU WMXXV Exclusive Series 2 figures. 'Taker could be the same as Series 7 or the TRU Exclusive WMXXV Series 1 figure, but I'm not sure since I can't see any logos on his tights. Cena is basically the same parts as any previous Cena, but with the absolute minimum amount of detail. The only positive that could come out of this series is the doubling up of ring pieces per figure, just as the TRU Exclusive WMXXV Series 2 set provided. |

this is just disappointing...seriously
why doesn't JAKK's realize that they are only screwing themselves over in the end.
I was actually going to buy Cena until i saw his arms...his arms look too big
such a shameful ending to a great Figure Line...

I must admit i am very disappointed in the way the bnb line will be going out but oh well time 4 me to finish up on some other collection lines i was working on before i started on the bnb line .On a good note McFarlane has just announced a new line of 4 inch sports figures called playmakers which is good news 4 us 4 inch collectors.(um dat sounded really weird lol 4 inch collectors)I read about it on toynewsi.com and they also have a blueprint pic of how they will look and the points of articulation.

Soo.....I BnB 9 not REALLY BnB 9? Because on Ringside, they have that with the series 9 logo, but a TRU today, they had the same set, and the back of the pack had the same three figures that's in 9 on the back of the pack, but it had the WM 25 logo on it instead of the series 9 indicator.

Is this the series you saw in stores? If so, it's not series 9 but the TRU Exclusive WM25 Series 2 set, with only three figures. Series 9 has 'Taker instead of HHH and the Cena has significantly less detail. Picked up the three figures from the TRU Exclusive WrestleMania 25 Series 2 set today. Included in this series are all re-releases of Rey Mysterio (Series 8), Triple H (TRU Ring Exclusive, except no back or side boot logos) and John Cena (Series 7). Jakks loaded up the number of ring pieces per figure since the series only has three figures. The ring base pieces are lacking the same small detail on the sides as the series 8 parts did. Rey Mysterio comes with two ring base pieces (good purchase if you need half of a ring, not worth buying otherwise).  Triple H comes with one ring base piece and a set of red ring ropes (if only Jakks had experimented with blue, black or white); there are better versions of this particular figure, so make this a definite pass.  John Cena comes with one ring base piece and four ring posts (same as Rey, this is a money-saver if you're looking for another ring piece AND set of ring posts; Cena is not missing any detail and is exactly the same as series 7, so consider this if you're looking for another Cena).  Why Batista and Big Show are pictured on the back carding of a set they are not included is beyond me, but that's Jakks for you. Maybe Jakks had planned for them and another recent figure (series 8 HBK? *cringes*) to make up the other half of this second series, but changed their minds at the last second.  This picture just shows the arrangement of the ring pieces.  And, a loose overview.  |

I don't know if this has been mention. But I just found the new resize version of series 3 at Walmart in Cincinnati for $6.58. They had plenty of everyone. Pick up Jeff Hardy. Hopefully they also fixed his chest paint so it doesn't chip like the others I have.

Ive decided to sell off my BNBs. Better 3.75" lines have since come out after 2008 like Marvel Universe and GI Joe Rise of Cobra especially with Jakks going out with a whimper.

Best BNB hands down I have ever seen. Perfect attire, down to the little "HBK" on the belt line. Just amazing. It took it forever and a day to ship, but it was worth it. |
