M.W.F.A. Saturday Night Showdown - Extreme

WHAT I LIKED:I really liked the pic quality, poses and the Arena.

WHAT I DIDN't LIKE:I thought the commentary was a little lackluster

FAVORITE MATCH/SEGMENT:I loved the Dreamer/Miz match. It had great flow and awesome use of the arena.

I love your arena, the balcony is awesome, and the camo ring mat is sweet. This is the first time i have watched your show (well just started watching pic feds really when i started mine) and I already can't wait for the next one. I never saw Terkey becomeing a badass and I am excited to see him go head to head with the champ. The shots you did of the power bombs by Sid and Terkey were great. Miz had a soild match with Dreamer, which i was my fav. match on the show. Hope Kennedy comes out on top of the 3way that was made.

Alright, here we go. I've been a fan of this fed ever since you debuted at Figamania 2006.

I liked the intro, switching satellites and all. Oh no, not that WSX announcer guy... lolz at the camo ring canvas. I'm always a fan of your arena setups, though. The brick entrance thing is awesome, as is the balcony! I'm jealous. It reminds me of Hammerstein in a way. God, Mr. Johnson is a pimp, every time I see him he's with at least two hot chicks. Haha. This exxxxxxtreeeeme show should be good, even if the idea of the "all hardcore shows" have been done out. But since It's coming from you I have a feeling it will be good.

The intro to MWFA - Extreme was cool, I like your blood. Fake Halloween or red marker? Anyway, onto the show.

Sabu/Test was a great way to kick off the show, The guard rails are awesome! I think Fall asked if they were from spam? I've been wanting to buy some for like, ever. Cool opener, Test jobbed, but I don't have a big problem with it. It got the point across to put Sabu over and get the show started in an extreme way. Your posing and editing are cool, but I wasn't really fond of the Arabian Facebuster pose.

Meh, commercials. I'm on the fence about these, I mean sure it brings some realism into the fed, but does anybody really watch them? Heh.

Awesome RVD segment, I like this storyline in the making. We'll see how RVD can last within the 30 days. Hopefully he doesn't screw up... It's Rob Van Dam, not Damn by the way.

After seeing the Dreamer backstage segment I am looking to see what progresses. I wonder who that man is, I'm guessing he's with Mark Henry, Shelton Benjamin, Elijah Burke or somebody of a chocolate descent. haha.

Richards/Striker was a fun little match, up until Psycho Sid interjected himself in the match. I sort of assumed somebody would interfere and beat the living hell out of these two undercard jobbers. Poor Stevie. I loved when Striker hit Sid with the chair and it didn't even phase him. Great little match to debut Sid and get him over as the mothering monster heel.

The pre-taped extreeeeeme battle royal was fun. Once again your blood is phenomenal. Also I give you kudos for you actually taking your time filming this match. Most battle royals just feature elimination after elimination and such. The elimination order was paced out very well. Hard knocks for Mike Knox, heh. I'm rooting for Dreamer to win this thing, Terkay is a ing beast. Damn, Snitsky is a ing mess. That piledriver pose was nasty, Terkay got spiked right on his dome! Boo Dreamer is out. I see Terkay winning this thing now that Dreamer is out of the picture. The Sabu elimination was sort of meh. Your making Terkay so awesome in MWFA. Wait it minute, the carnage isn't over yet. Enter The Sandman! This was an awesome match, MOTN thus far. The pacing of the eliminations was awesome, this was one of the few battle royals that wasn't clustered. Which is hard to do due to not only the superstars, but the weapons as well. Great way of getting Terkay over as a ing beast and setting up a feud with him and Sandman. Great stuff.

In my opinion, you have too many titles. I sort of get confused when I see all these champions from different brands. Great announcement by Johnson, hopefully this will solve the cluster titles situation. I would have preferred just a straight one on one match with Edge and Kennedy, and then Austin facing the winner. But the a triple threat match should still be cool, I don't want to see Austin win, tbh.

The Miz/Dreamer match was very WWE~esqe, which was the reason I didn't really get into it as much. WFCW!? And he's with that dude! The backstage/parking lot brawl was cool. Nice car, heh. I have that same dumpster! Haha, and to this day It's still awesome. And Miz gets the victory. I have mixed feelings about this match. It was a fun little brawl, but I didn't like The Miz winning clean, I was expecting WFCW's Sebastian James and his manager to interfere and from there Miz could have won. Shocking to say the least that WFCW Representative is in the house, I wonder what will happen from this. I'm all for a WFCW/MWFA inter-promotional feud.

God, I love how you're using Terkay. He's such a badass willing to take on anyone. Al Snow!? WHAT DOES EVERYBODY WANT!? Haha. Oh jeez, Poor Al. He's going to die. Meh, reverse chokeslam? Sort of a weak finisher. Here comes The Sandman! And what a way to end the show on a climatic high point. I wonder when we'll end up seeing Sandman and Terkay finally face off for the title. Over the course of one show, great job at hyping up the match, kudos.

This show did not disappoint. I enjoyed every minute of this, Colt. In the past year or so this fed has been sort of looked over compared to ROG, WWE-ML, ROP, BAoW, but with those feds out of the way, now MWFA can really rise and become one of the top feds of the board. Great stuff, I love how after only this one show you are already building feuds and such. Very good show, Colt.
