M.W.F.A. Saturday Night Showdown - Extreme

OK. First off, I have to say that I love the arena. It really looks great. Music really adds a lot to it also. The Camo ring is another nice touch. It adds a unique feel to it. Having guard rails set up the WHOLE way around is another great thing that most feds don't have. The balcony looks incredible also, hope to see some spots involving that. Ha, nice commercial thing about it being extreme. This seems like a nice ECW style fed, but combining new and old school ECW elements.

Here we go. First match. Test vs. Sabu. I like the interaction with the guard rails, but Sabu military pressing Test really seems outlandish. Not really liking that unrealistic type thing, but yeah. Yay. Glad you used string for the leg drop. I really can't get into feds that don't use string for poses. It just makes it too choppy and makes the spots not look good at all. Now a table appears out of nowhere, like the chair did. Maybe have some explanation for where the items came from. Man, that was quick. That match seemed like a squash, which is weird. Test doesn't look like a jobber, but you made him get one move in. Wish the match was a bit longer and more meaningful.

Nice. RVD is here. I wish you had used "Walk" instead of his WWE theme, but yeah, it works. RVD's mic thing was pretty interesting, and built a storyline up and interest in RVD, but it's weird that Sabu wasn't confronted about his "activites" outside the ring. Anyway, I am interested in the RVD thing, and seeing where you take it.

Stevie vs. Striker. Seems again very much like a Sci-Fi ECW match. The chair shot by Stevie seemed weak. Maybe have him hold it more towards the legs, and extend the chair at more of a diagonal angle, and not straight up. The reaction to the chair, however, by Striker was great. Sid coming in was a nice little surprise, but it's been done. You seem to be taking a lot of your ideas from ECW and WWECW. Hopefully you start to develop your own stuff as the fed goes on. I did like the chokeslam breaking the chair. Shows the power of Sid.

The taped battle royal is very old school ECW like. How it just shows up with clips and stuff. The action is all over the place, and seems to be presented as if you are trying to catch it as it happens. Very ECW like. Nice entrance ramp thing. Like old ECW and WCW. I always liked that. I like that you switched the arena for the tape match, really makes it feel like a different event. I like the barbwire hanging of Knox. Really good idea. Wow. The barbwire board powerbomb was just plain sick. Really makes the fed seem hardcore. Snitsky looks completely dead with all that blood. Really great blood you have. I like the idead of Terkay Winning the battle royal. Glad you are pushing new stars.

Austin vs. Kennedy vs. Edge sounds like a good idea to get a world champ set up. Will like to see how that one goes down

Miz vs. Dreamer. Ok, I think you made Miz out to be way too powerful in this one. He killed Dreamer all over the building, without Dreamer doing much of anything. Miz doesn't really seem like the kind of brawler to be doing that. I love your outside backstage set up. Really really awesome with the dumpster and car.

Terkay squashing Snow seemed a little overboard, and killed Snow's credibilty. You should have had him attack a camera man or something so that you didn't make somebody look too weak. Sandman vs. Terkay will be a great match, and I can't wait to see it.

Anyway, I really enjoyed this fed. A lot of stuff was going on, and it seemed a little long, but it's better to have too much than too little.
