At least it was not as bad as the last one. But man, he really needs to get his act together.

Wow, man. This is all seeming so unreal. Like some bad dream.
What an unfortunate turn of events. It seems like UFC has no choice but to release him.
He's a danger to himself and others. The guy needs to get some help.

Force him into retirement honestly, with his obvious mental state...A Benoit like incdent will do nothing but MMA over horribly

Jesus Christ. If it's still over his title loss, I don't have an ounce of sympathy for him and he needs to be released. It's a loss, GET OVER IT. Go back to the gym and work your way back up, don't get arrested twice in 24 hours. Totally unprofessional.
If its due to something else that he can't control, then I can have some sympathy for him because he might not be able to help it.
Bottom line: he needs to get released.

I don't think releasing him is in his best interest. Then what, he has no job and harms himself? Gary Shaw throws a contract at him hoping he brings the circus with him? I wonder what sort of "wellness" policy the UFC has. Something where Dana can actually keep him under contract and get him to therapy sessions, group, some "Wooosa," somethin to get his head on straight.

It's this tupid medication that the doctors swear by. It is honest to god ruining his life. He is taking oxy's and depression stuff. Along with his sleeping aids. Really he is a walking zombie. It is time for the UFC to talk to his doctors. ASAP. Because Rampage doesn't even know what the hell he is doing. In his sedated mind everything is normal. Someone needs to step in for him before he kills himself or someone else. To him this all seems like a giant dream that as long as he keeps taking those meds he will never wake up from.
I am going to try and make some calls today to see what I can get going.

This is just ridiculous...Just ridiculous...Fire him already..I mean, come on here. Having him around will only make things worse for him and for others. I wouldn't want to fight him in the condition he's in, that's for sure. He might try to kill someone...Just get rid of him before something serious happens. And get him some serious help because he obviously needs it.

At first I thought Rampage just made some stupid choice to drive drunk or something...
Now I'm actually pretty worried about this situation. The stuff that happens may not be in his control. I hope Dana White and the UFC, help him get the help he needs.

He wasnt arrested. He was deemed a harm to himself and others and detained. They took him to a hospital for further evaluation. He wasnt arrested.

He is being held in a hospital under a 72 hour mental evaluation. Then it is the doctors choice of what to do from their. Dana will visit him after he is released. Right now visitors are not allowed.

I really think Dana believes the pills played a major part in Rampage's behaivor. Hopefully something can be done to get Jackson on the right track and back in the UFC. On MMA Mania theres an article that has Dana Whites, Chuck Liddells, Tim Sylvia, and Bisping's comments on the ordeal.
