Wow, terrible news here. I think releasing him would probably be a bad idea. If his mental state is in bad shape, firing him could push him over the edge. Dana sees him as one of his "boys" so I think he is going to look out for him & get him the help he needs.

Man this really sucks, what Rampage has gotten himself into.
I wouldn't say release him though, from what I've heard he hasn't been in good mental condition and unlike what Jesse Taylor did wasn't making an ass out of himself and the UFC, rather than being in bad medical condition.
If someone else was in this condition in regualr life, then I wouldn't say that they should be fired, I'll say what I say about what I'm gonna say about Rampage, he needs to be given some help and he needs to have another chance.

If I was screwed out of my title belt, by inept judging - I'd probably snap too..

Don't make asanine comments that are logical cause for a debate
but Rampage is on these meds, they are controlling his mind..
Dana White needs to send him rehab and have him on a medical suspension until he is better

Dana White needs to send him rehab and have him on a medical suspension until he is better What if he doesn't get better?? What if his actions this past week are only the beginning of a downward spiral to his possible demise?? I say keep him locked up because that's the safest place for him and for others at this point. The last thing others need, is for him to be out on the street in his unstable condition and possibly getting behind the wheel of another vehicle and causing more damage. Keep him locked up in the hospital, get him some serious help and don't even think about releasing him unless they know for sure he's safe to be released.
