i am lol i seen it once in theatre yesturday. so now im hooked and need to watch it more Well, well you enjoy it. You know, maybe you should be less selfish. There are people out there that can't afford to see it even once. Hell some underpriveleged humans will never know the existence of greatness that is Heath Ledgers Joker. So while you sit there on your second or tenth viewing, think of those you're stealing from. It's pathetic. This generation is so greedy. One is never enough. I tell ya. But em. I'm seeing it for the thrid tomorrow

I caught it again this afternoon. I enjoyed it. It wasn't as good seeing it the second time around. Not saying it's not a GREAT film. It is. But just the seeing it for the first time was way special. I did pick up on a lot of stuff the second time that I didn't upon the first viewing. So I'm good now until the DVD hits. Good movie and kudos to those who starred and those who made this film.

Holy shit, I just got home from a 5:10 showing. I had to stand in line for about 20-25 minutes, but it was well worth it.
Heath Ledger did an amazing job, well everyone did an awesome job overall, but he really stole the show for me.

I waited in line for prolly 15-20 mins. Show sold out, but luckily, we got there early, and waited for the line to start.

I really hope two face is dead because I thought his death was perfectly done. I hate in most comic movies they tend to kill off the villians, but twoface was the only one where I felt it was justified and needed. I hope he doesn't turn up again because I feel it would ruin the ending of the Dark Knight.
What do you guys think sequel wise? Obviously Batman will be being "pursued" by the cops (should make Gordon's role interesting) but besides that it is left pretty open. I am hoping for Catwoman to be introduced. Rachel is dead, it would be a new love interest for Batman. I think the mop is hurting now, so that leaves room for someone to try to become the new top guy in gotham. I would like to see maybe the penguin in the sequel (not sewer freak, but more of the crooked arms dealer, night club owner Oswald cobblepot from the comics)
I think people are digging way to deep and reading too much into oldman's interview for riddler references. Thinking that goof that harvey was torturing or the wayne tech guy are going to be the riddler would be pretty lame because neither of them put of much of a fight. Batman said that the joker's goon was basically a nutcase. The riddler is extremly intelligent and not someone I would clasiffy as a nutcase. What are his motivations to stop Batman? Oh that's right, Batman stopped Dent from torturing him. I would hate the person who stopped my torture. And the wayne tech guy who couldn't defend himself and was basically pissing himself when people were trying to kill him, thats a great villain for Batman to fight.
I would like to see a new villain brought into the movies such as Hush or Bane maybe Black Mask (be awesome if he took on a similar roll like he did after War Games), but I doubt that would happen. If they do introduce Catwoman, Black Mask could be a great villian because he has a long history with her (she eventually kills him). According to Wikipedia "When the very first details about The Dark Knight were released, they alleged that Roman Sionis/Black Mask was to be one of the antagonists of the film. He was described as an industrial heir who loses his company to Bruce Wayne and adopts the Black Mask persona for revenge. By the time Jonathan Nolan wrote the final draft, he was cut." I think he would be perfect for the next villian.

I honestly would love Hush as a villain, but I feel that it would have had to have been set up in an earlier film by having Thomas Elliot make an appearance. Something to support the fact that they were childhood friends and have a strong history with each other.

Yay, the hospital walk out: Haha I was honestly going to say that that scene made me laugh like crazy for some reason. =P Heath definitely pulled the Joker off EXTREMELY well. It was a great movie...but for some reason, I absolutely LOVED the Harvey Dent character. It just showed exactly what the whole movie was about, taking a civilized citizen, or even a hero in some people's eyes, and just turning him against everyone and everything. If there is another Batman movie, I really am interested in seeing what they do with the Joker now with Heath gone. Overall it was a great movie, and it did live up to my expectations.

i saw it today ledger is still deathly overrated. I think Ledger did a great job as Joker, but like I said in my previous post, I honestly enjoyed Eckhart's performance a lot more. I don't know, but to me, he made a perfect Two-Face, and I just truly enjoyed his character the whole movie.

I just thought of something pretty crazy...
When The Joker pretended to be dead in the bodybag. And when Ledger says as the Joker "When a whole bus load of soldiers die, people don't blink an eye, but they go crazy when a mayor does"
Sound familiar?

Really, I thought Joker was pretty average. Except when he made the pencil disappear. That was pretty and .
