I honestly voted Heath.
It's the classic fight of the wrestler versus the boxer. Brock's stand-up is decent, Herring's ground game is decent.
It all comes down to experience and drive for me. Herring knows that a win like this could cement his revival and probably get him the next shot after Mir/Nog thanks to the mass exodus of Heavyweight talent from the UFC.
Brock's gonna have a lot of pressure on him to look good, win dominantly, and not make a fool of himself or else risk all the hype in the well running dry and his potential as the "Next Big Thing" in MMA effectively becomes 0 in the eyes of many.
I just don't see Brock dealing with all that pressure. I see him going in hard and sloppy once again, but whereas Mir locked on a kneebar and made Brock tap, Brock's gonna catch a fist and go down hard.
I love Brock to death and wish him the best, but Dana wasn't joking when he said he'd throw Brock up against the best UFC has to offer. Herring FTW via TKO.

I agree with what you said, but you got to admit, Brock has a puncher's chance against Herring. One hit is all it takes. I think all in all that Heath will win the fight, whether it be by TKO, or Submission, we'll just have to wait and see.

No doubt Brock has a chance. If he grounds Herring, he may actually have quite a good chance of taking the fight.
What I personally see messing Brock up will be continued takedown attempts. Brock's got a puncher's chance for sure and his stand-up isn't abysmal by any means, but I have a feeling Herring will outclass him and force Brock to look for the takedowns.
That's when it'll get interesting. If Brock is on his game, he'll take Herring down and look to do some GNP, because I highly doubt Lesnar will try to LNP to a decision in his second fight. If Brock nails a takedown and starts raining down hammerfists, he's got it in him to pull off a TKO so long as he doesn't repeat past mistakes and makes sure that his gloves never come even remotely close to the back of Herring's head.
But if Herring makes Brock eat some leather before being taken down and manages to work his ground game, he's got it in him to last 3 rounds of being taken down. If it goes the limit and Brock scores a lot of takedowns, Herring probably won't win a decision. But if Herring lands a money shot when Brock is shooting for the takedown, it's all over.
Either way, we'll soon find out. This is a really interesting matchup and hopefully it lives up to its hype.

I voted for Herring. I'm a long time fan of his & really want him to regain the form he had early on in his Pride run. Still love that stand up in the Erikson fight where HH just wasted him. Still say he was awesome in that first loss to Nog.
However I am concerned that heath outside one kick in his third loss to nog has not looked impressive. Plus I'm concerned, look at how easilly O'Brien beat Herring using pretty much just wrestling? I'd say Lesnar has more strength & intensity that Jake so could just launch takedown after takedown with some brutal G&P in there for the win.
C'mon Heath

I'm predicting a first round take down, ground n' pound victory for Lesnar.
I sincerely believe that Lesnar could take down ANYONE in the world.

I am also going to go with Lesnar. He has awsome punches as seen in his 1st 2 fights & I'm sure he has worked on his ground game since his Mir loss. Plus, he can take down anyone, like Kliquid said.
that being said, i dont know a whole lot about herring either
