But did WCW ever do anything with the "Powers that be".

I remember back in 99-00, that was all the wrestlers talked about...and I think they had vignettes with the wrestlers talkg to the PTB, but we never saw them.

Did we ever see them, or did this never happen and I really need to quit getting thrown on my head?

yeah it was russo..he was joined by ron and don harris too as his.security or whatever.it would show them on camera at the time but not russo..i wonder what date russo made his first on camera appearance in wcw?...yeah ferrara was there too.
