Former WWE and current TNA wrestler Kurt Angle will stand trial on DUI charges after another driver saw anothe car, Angle's, driving eratically in Moon Township, PA back in September. But anyways, Wow, I hope TNA do something about this, maybe lay him off for a couple of weeks so he can sort out the Problem, let some other Wrestlers take over while he accepts his consequences.

Angle didnt fail any sobriety tests, as he was never pulled over. Police went to his house hours after the incident and asked him to take a test, he turned them down.

Why? This happended in September & nothing happended to him. TNA can't really do anything about it as he was on his own time (personal time). It would be diffrent if he was drunk while he was on a tour with them but honestly - what are they going to do? "Hey, we're giving you a few weeks off for drinking & driving last year?". |

But whats to say he won't do it again? The Schedules are going to pick up throughout 2008 ( More House Shows, PPV's going out of Impact Zone and Maybe Impact being done somewhere else ), and plus having your Top star doing stuff like this isn't good.

But whats to say he won't do it again? But, what's the point in punishing him for something that happended in September? He should be punished. I'm not saying he shouldn't. But, he should've been punished WHEN it happended not months down the road. |
