That Michael Shane (Matt Bentley) was named after a character Shawn Michaels played. I knew he was related but didn't know that where the name came from.

Samoa Joe was apart of the 1984 Summer Olympics as a dancer in the opening ceremoney. I thought that was pretty cool, read it on wikipedia, with the citation.

Until a few years back, I never knew Scott D'amore wrestled or could teach people to wrestle
I just thought he was a fat annoying manager
And I never knew why they didn't keep Daizee Haze on the permanent TNA Roster

Joe's Muscle Buster finisher and name came from the Muscle cartoon.

In the AWA there was a "Samoan Joe", not a Joe that was Samoan. "Samoan Joe" was the ring name of one of their wrestlers/jobbers.
It isn't Joe's father.
