He talked about TNA in his Hardcore Diaries book.
In short: Its too much work for too little money.
He's an established WWE 'legend'. He doesn't need TNA, and i don't think he'd be all that interested in going to be honest, seen as he's still on good WWE terms and can make more money with WWE doing 3 shows a year than full-time with TNA.

Between his writing and his royalties, I don't think Mick really "needs" to work. I'm convinced that the only reason he sporadically returns to WWE is because his wife gets sick of him hanging around the house.
