I really enjoyed his work in TNA, especially with Frankie Kazarian. I wish he'd come back to wrestling.

They really did drop the ball with Matt Bentley. I was watching him and Kazarian against AJ and Daniels on my ipod the other day and thought he could've been made into something special. For a promotion that tries to associate itself with WWE every chance it gets, you'd think they would've utilized HBK's nephew a bit better...

To be honest I never cared him, he was OK in the ring but had very little appeal, I was always surprised though that tNA didn't make a lot more of the family connection.

i only cared for him when he first broke out with his ladder macth and the ultimate x then i got bored of him until he was paired with kazarian....then they dropped the ball yet again...i mean if they waited a little bit longer we could have seen MCMG vs. Bently and Kazarian...

He was okay, but, I wouldn't say I miss him.

Who?
Oh yeah.. that guy that never tried to get out of a hole. Seriously, people bitch & complain about TNA not using guys right. This is one of those guys that didn't even try. He failed as Michael Shane, Matt Bentley, & Martyr. What else would you like them to do? Kazarian got stuck in the same thing he did with Raven & Kazarian made the best of it. Bentley just didn't give a crap. So, as far sa I'm concered he can stay off my TV screen.

If I was stuck in Serotonin... I probably wouldn't give a crap. Primarily because they took 3 cocky (heel) charecters and overnight they became these really weak goth charecters... It was the stupidest thing I have probably ever seen. Of course I wouldn't care anymore. Kazarian floundered until for some reason he was the one chosen out of that really talented group of stars to get a push. Any one of those guys deserved a push, Kazarian was selected. To say Kaz made the most of Serotonin is a joke because they all seemed to care about that gimmick as much as I did... it was stupid...

I agree that Michael Shane had no reason to care about anything. Afterall, TNA only pays attention to somebody if they were seen as a star in WWE. The only way wrestlers who are non-WWE names can get TNA to care about them is if they are management sucks ups like Abyss, James Storm, Chris Harris, Robert Roode and Eric Young.

Does anyone know if he's still wrestling? If so, where?

Does anyone know if he's still wrestling? If so, where? He is not. He is spending time trying to get his band off the ground. And yes, you have to be either ex WWE, ex NFL, or 62 years old and be named BOB.
