It is pathetic. I'm expecting a couple people like SG to like it, but this board is sad if the number of people who like it exceeds 3. I actually think TNA is trying to have him be like Gillberg. But Gillberg was original and funny at the time. This is just stupid. Do we really need two x division guys copying bigger stars? This is a reason why TNA will never get beyond what they are now, and why they are a headache to watch.

Maybe because when TNA first came out they were very original and had wrestling,like someone mentioned before,TNA is a backstage segment show with wrestling in it. People are tired of them trying to make a name for themselves off of WWE. Between Sharkboy impersonating Austin,the Voodoo Kin Mafia ordeal and pushing guys like Angle and Sting rather than their X Division and their younger stars makes watching TNA a test of how much of their garbage you can tolerate rather than enjoy and have fun watching. |

I liked it. It was done well and funny. It puts the beloved x divsion guys in a role.. How the hell else are ya gonna get aguy in a shark outfit over. Give TNA credit for building someones charatcer at least and trying to get their people involved. The so stupid that its funny and that makes for good comedy. Their is a place in US wrestling for some comedy. I seen no harm

I like it because he sells it so well. If it was someone going out who couldn't do the voice at all or couldn't do the moves, then it'd suck. But Sharkboy does it well! So I like it.

Everything else falls under the category of parody, which is protected free speech. The same loophole that made the likes of Gillberg and the bWo possible. |
